This could be interpreted one of two ways, either the most difficult to pull off safely or the most painful when performed correctly.

I've never taken any of the moves listed here, and I'm about as far removed as being a prospective professional wrestler as one can probably get, but a couple of years ago, I did get the opportunity to attend a one day camp at a school around here. It was a very rudimentary situation, just exposing plebs like me to some of the core fundamentals of what these guys do in the ring. From my experience that day, I gained a ton of respect for anyone who chooses to go out and try and make something of themselves doing even just the routine sort of things we may take for granted - never mind your Canadian Destroyers and what have you. I'm sure the basics dull over time, but to a normie like me, flat-back bumps hurt. Running the ropes hurts. And if you're like me, wildly uncoordinated, and you botch every exit over or through the ropes, then hitting the apron with your full weight god damn hurts. I'll never emit another situational cringe when Michael Cole boasts that "that's the hardest part of the ring!", because he's absolutely, dead on balls accurate. Again, just the perspective of one complete non-factor, but something fun to chew on. When I trained my trainer said that back bumps and running ropes won’t feel like anything after a while and you won’t mind doing them. After a while, you do get used to them and it doesn’t hurt as bad. Oh, for sure. I just look at it on a sliding scale. I'll be the first to admit that I deal with pain like a right b*tch. It was fun, but four to five hours of doing fundamental basics was enough to make it clear this wasn't anything I needed to be pursuing beyond a momentary lark for a day. That somebody would willingly and knowingly do even that enough for it to develop into a routine nonissue was enough for me to gain immense respect for anyone who chooses to go any further.

I trained for about 9 months a few years back, granted it wasn’t long so the moves were basic and obviously we didn’t hit as hard as the folk performing at a high level. Anyway the move is absolutely despised taking was a double suplex, mainly as it always hurt my ing balls. I didn’t need to sell it as I was in pain. I remember one time taking one, struggling to get up due to the pain and then my trainer made me take another. The bastard. For the record just the normal vertical suplex was a lot easier to take. the double underhook suplex?

Hi guys been some time since ive posted but in that time I have started wrestling, im 2 years in now. I find stiff head shots (kicks or punches) to be particularly painful as well as anything stiff off the top rope. The Vader Bomb in the vid above was rough.
I take a hip toss into the ladder in this match it wasn't as bad as I thought, although the ladder hitting me in the head towards the end as I take the reverse Pedigree was a tough one.
As long as you can bump properly most slams are fine, but if you don't tuck that chin and your head whips into the mat, that hurts terrible.

I would think the Low Blow would be difficult to withstand. Any impact down there at all can take you out, no matter if have a cup or any other special attempt at protection from it.

When I was a kid in grade school (6th grade to be exact) I was at one of my best friends houses & we were wrestling around & re-creating some of the matches we’d watched that day on tv....To make a long story short, he got me in position for a DDT & not being “protected” as they call it....he planted me like a tree right into the hardwood floor....it didn’t knock me out but I didn’t get up for 20 minutes either.... So I will say the DDT is high on the hurt list if it isn’t done correctly....Also being hurled forehead first into a chain link fence & cut open isn’t much fun either I assure you....been there as well on the playground & our teacher sent us to the principal’s office because she thought we were trying to commit suicide L😂L

Probably, for me, its the super kick.
Logistically, so much can wrong with the slightest of a misstep between both guys.

Flapjack. Some wrestlers who have been doing it for years wont take it.

Finn’s Coup De Grace and I think a superplex would also hurt quite a bit.
