That was a great game. I don't know why Bootcheck didn't walk Arod considering that Arod owns him. I am just glad Bart Colon is on the DL far away from the Arod because he gives up a hr with every game they face each other. The Angels schedule has for the past week or so. Away at Toronto, four games in Boston, Yankees at home and then Toronto and then at Seattle in a week. The Angels are going to need to play their best this week and next week.

YOU ARE NOT GETTING PEDRO TORRE FROM ME YOU ASSWIPE. /obscure s3sl reference LMFAO hey i tried, and you weren't the only one i proposed a deal to... i pm'd about 10 gms with random scenarios in getting me prospects that actually mean something. in the end, wanna know the deal i ended up making? CLE sends: 3B Steve "Booger" Piatt 3.5 Spect (MLC) SS Joshua Hillier 3.5 Spect (MLC) LF Jose Galindo 3.0 Spect (MLC) OAK sends: SP Melvin Polson 3.5 Stars (13,000,000, 2023) SP Michael Tessier 2.5 Stars (6,500,000, 2023) some deal! booger's contact is 6 talent (although he's nice everywhere else except power, and is filled out), hillier's contact talent is 5, and gallindo's contact talent is 8 but he's worthless everywhere else! atleast cleveland eats 40 million of worthlessness and my team cruises towards the #1 draft pick.

I can't afford to keep dealing prospects. No way in hell would I EVER deal Robert "Full House" Saget. He and Davila are my future!!!!!

Davila was once an Oakland native... And John McKee... and Timo Criado... and Bruce Rybicki... and Fede Carrion... and Robert Youngs... and Chuck Bumgardener... Tyler Hodo, James Erazo more recently (although I let them both develop and they lead me to success)... some stud reliever in Pittsburgh... more, and more, and more. 3 years of playoffs and the one ALCS I got to, or a real rebuilding process and a long run... I think I would've preffered the latter. ed up that team real nice. Atleast my Giants in providence's league are absolutely stacked with pitching, and a ton of young hitting developing. oh, did I mention I was the one who picked Mike McCullough for you? I picked #4, you picked #5... and I picked for you if I'm remembering right. I wound up taking James Nelson, and trading him to Boston.. where he's bombed and is now out of the league (one of the few real good moves I've made). McCullough is the best pitcher in the league. Some scout I am.

I traded a lot to get Davila, but he has been a durable beast for me...

knowing hafdawg, you gave up your entire team probably. I refuse to deal with that guy anymore... don't like him much What kills me is I trade with that oriolesmagic guy, one of the cheapest mfers in the league, he gives me a cheap deal, it turns out great because the pitcher takes a major boost... then he goes down for a year when he blows out his shoulder. so now he's worthless I'm sure come the end of the year.

It was actually a pretty solid deal.
Traded from Detroit to Cincinnati on 5/1/2019 (Going to Cin: P Gil Davila, 2B Romeo Gimenez. Going to Det: LF Alfonso Cuevas, P Brandon League, P Rico Laureano)...
I later traded gimenez for Pena Jr. Jr... which has been a pretty crappy deal. I probably should have left Fortuna to catch.

nah, no demo... the ootp 5 version is free now though. but it's a piece of ****. the league i run, and the other two leagues we're in on the same site, are all ootp 6.12 with the ootp 6.5 add on (or maybe it's ootp 6.5 with the 6.12 add on. either way...) there's an ootp 2007 out now, but I've never played it and just stick to the one before it which works fine for me. www.tripleplaysim.comThat's the league I run... we're in season one (2007), so pretty much every player and most stats is real. Lots of trading has went down, but at one point every player was on their correct team. We are however missing some prospects, but seeing as how I did the rosters pretty much 90% from scratch, it's not going to be perfect... all of the notable ones are in there of course. www.tripleplaysim.com/topprospects.htmlThere's a list of a lot of the top prospects to give you an idea of what you can do with the game if you have a nice roster set. (*note that the list in which they're in is funky because the game lists them in order... i.e., Upton is the out and out best prospect in the league ratings-wise, age, and all things factored in, but he's all the way down at 28 for some reason... whereas Travis Ishikawa sucks dick and is at 7. However, Hughes and Bailey are the top two pitching spects and are deserving based on ratings, so it got that right ) I'm currently in the midst of editting the first four rounds of the real life 2007 draft into the game too. I'd recommend just buying ootp 6.12 and the 6.5 add-on if you enjoyed previous versions of it... it's a very addicting game. If any of you do ever buy it, I could zip and upload my rosters that were updated as of July 20th or so.

how much?

6.12 was 19 bucks like a year ago... the add on was 5$ i believe.
You don't even need the add on (6.5) to play the game and enjoy it, it just has some cool features & upgrades I like.
The price may have even dropped since then.
