Breaking news: Undertaker vs. Batista HIAC match signed
At tonight's Smackdown tapings, they announced Batista vs. Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match, presumably to take place at Survivor Series.

If Batista wins, I will be so mad. Taker needs one last run, and then he should drop the title at Backlash (not Mania) to someone, maybe Edge or MVP.

Eurgh. I hope Batista goes over. Undertaker winning HIAC is too predictable.

Good, for some reason when Batista wrestles Taker, they always have a good match.

Cool. That will be a good match (I think..it's Batista so you never know!). Hopefully Taker will come out on top, and the nice long title reign he deserves.

Batista beat HHH in a HIAC so anything is possible.

...I think he's 2 wins/2 losses in singles HIAC.
He beat Mankind and Bossman, lost to Brock and HBK.
....I think he was in the 6 way HIAC as well, but that doesn't count.
Batista has gotten pretty horrible over the last year/year and a half, actually... he's gone straight downhill since he won the title in the first place.
Triple H made him look like a million bucks and as soon as he got sent to Smackdown he looked like crap.
Anyway... should be a good match because the Undertaker is in it and just like H's did... he'll make Batista look like gold.

Hell in the Cell never be awesome again. Like as old time, the wrestlers get out of the Cell and climb to the roof and break through the roof to the ring etc.... But now they not do it. All we will see is two men stay in the ring or ringside and with few weapons for around 40 minutes, or so.

That would be a great match, hopefully it does go ahead. Although, Taker better win.

I agree with hexus. HIAC just doesn't do it for me anymore.

Survivor Series would be the perfect place for the Undertaker to regain the Championship. I hope he does!
Can't wait for this match.

All we will see is two men stay in the ring or ringside and with few weapons for around 40 minutes, or so. Thing is, if they keep doing huge bumps, it'll make the HIAC less special than it already is, I know it's not the same as it once was, but the only guy to actually take a real risk taking dive is Mick Foley and that was at King of the Ring and then again at No Way Out. Rikishi's bump was a REAL set up, I can't see many of today's Superstars wanting to do what Foley did, or management even letting them.

There's not much these two can really do with a Hell in a Cell though, except brawl around the Ring Area with a few weapons. I suppose it just looks good on paper.
Can see Edge Returning and taking out both men though.
