Even if I could? C'mon. 97% of vapers vaping (that's the thirteenth day of Christmas for those of you keeping score) do it to be seen. A) I don't do anything to be seen. In fact, the less visible I am, the better. B) I can't wrap my head around the notion of wanting to be seen sucking on the headphone jack of an iPod classic. I'm happy to be in the 3%. I was weak willed when I first got to college and succumbed to peer pressure, picking up the incredibly bad habit of smoking. Went at it for almost thirty years. Then I switched to vaping as a step in quitting the nicotine. I started on 6mg nicotine juices, dropped to 3mg juices, and soon I'm going to the 0mg juices so I will be basically inhaling flavored water vapor. Vaping has its upside as one method for addicts to quit smoking. But you're right, a lot of people who vape do it to be cool, just like people in the generation before me smoked to be like that super studly Marlboro Man. These people are easily recognizable because they crank up the wattage so they can create a cumulus cloud of vapor around them every time they puff away. Moral of the story: Hey kids! Don't smoke OR vape. You'll regret it. If you have an oral fixation you simply can't break, suck on lollipops like Kojak (if you don't know who that is, Google it). Who loves ya' baby? |

Back when vaping became "cool", I was still working at the auto shop. One of our techs, who never used to smoke, took it up because he tried a friend's that was flavored like green Jolly Ranchers - never mind the fact that now he has a nicotine addiction to go along with his flavor boost. I was a candy fiend back then, and my big argument with him was that green Jolly Ranchers also tasted like green Jolly Ranchers, and the negative health effects were much more easily combated. Bought a big ass bag of just the green ones, and denied him every time he asked. Told him I'd only concede to share if he'd toss his vape. He never got a single one. |

I mean, I use a vape pen to ween myself off from smoking but that's about it. Oh, and this is what I picture White Claw drinkers as, if we're back to that RQ.  |

The only vaping worth doing involves THC products. Haha I won't fight you on that, but I look at it like this. The stuff in vape products, VG and PG will probably wind up not being good for consumption...well the latter. We use VG all the time if you use steak sauce or any condiments. But it's the nicotine that's the thing in vaping I need. I wanna cut down to nothing but I'd rather put vape products into my lungs than the carcinogens in cigarettes for the same reason. I've tried quitting cold turkey. Too weak. But to a point Deep Figure Value made, I'm not like that guy he worked with who went for vaping just for flavor. It's cessation, just a different form than the patch or gum. |

My favorite moment during my brief spell there was one of them linking a thread where a user was making a sound, rational, if not a wee bit hostile argument against one of them, and just a complete pile on of "would you look at this idiot?!", "hEy NeGaN gEt ThE bAn HaMmEr ReAdY aMiRiTe", and the most vapid "who does this guy think he is, talking like that to a mod?!", as if such a qualifier were enough to absolve one of any fallibility. Spoiler: it isn't. |

Y'all know I don't take all that 100% serious right? I look into the accusations, as is my job, but rarely anything comes from it as they're overreacting. And I've said as such.
