I dont understand the hate for chain pizza. If you get them/order it right...its not bad. Sure its never as good if you make it yourself but nothing ever is. My cheesburgers are 1000% times better then anything you'd get at a restaurant but that doesnt mean Im not going to eat a burger if Im out somewhere. Btw. You use a brioche hamburger bun, toasted? When grilling burgers.

When grilling burgers. usually when I grill burgers its for multiple people so its just plain burger buns from the store. I havent used/tried brioche yet but Ill def give it a try. I really enjoy just slapping it between to buttery & toasty pieces of texas toast.

Sometimes it’s hard to find brioche buns here, so I go the normal rte. If I can’t find them I do like the Texas toast cause if you toast the bread it thick enough to hold up yet gives a element to the burger. But man they bring it a level up. I forget how I got turned onto the brioche but the buttery taste and the bun doesn’t get soggy. It’s my preference to a really good burger.

I always go with Brioche buns. I've never tried Texas toast ever. Is it good? I perfer Texas toast over the typical grocery store hamburger bun like Pepperidge farm. I make my burgers pretty big, use a 80/20 blend, grilled to medium, my burgers have orgasims. The typical hamburger bun doesn’t work and gets soggy. When I can’t find brioche buns, I’ll use Texas toast. I toast the TX toast on both sides, it holds up and is pretty damn tasty. But like I said I think the best bun for a burger is brioche.
