I know the preshow is from 5 to 6 and exclusively on WGN but my PPV channel has the main show starting at 5:30 so I wonder if that's the last half hour of the preshow or maybe just a half hour of PPV previews and videos before 6?

I predict Neville winning the Over Budget Battle Royal, and then the ROH World Championship. As much of a shock that would get, it's a terrible idea. Pac might be willing to work some dates for ROH, but he's much more likely to return to Europe and wrestle there. Jay Lethal is the 3rd most dominant champion in Ring Of Honor HISTORY and has become the gatekeeper for the company over the past 6 years. He's Ring Of Honor's equivalent of a Buddy Rogers or Ric Flair. He's been in the top five rankings for most matches for the company for the past 6 years and he's the most reliable titleholder they have. I don't know how they are going to do it, but Ring Of Honor needs the "Indy" stink washed off of it. While the promotion is all the things that are good about the independents, they aren't an independent promotion anymore. They are the property of a national television company that affiliated stations across 30 states. This isn't directed at the person I was quoting, but rather the group and the indy threads in general. Ring Of Honor is only in the position it's in because SGB puts no effort into promoting it. And while that is changing thanks to SGB's legal team fighting for the Madison Square Garden date, it will only be the continued effort of the like on SGB's part that will propel ROH from 6,000 people attending for the whole year to drawing 6,000 people a show and generating its greatest profits in company history.

I guess I’m the only one that isn’t excited for this show one bit. Oh well.

But for those who are excited, enjoy the show My exact sentiments. Nothing on the card is “must see” for me. Daniels is working a freaking ACTOR at a WRESTLING show. Which is funny, as that’s more along the lines of sports entertainment... which all of these “Indy marks” hate. The only things I’d tune in for are Omega/Pentagon, to see Cody win the NWA Championship and for any possible surprises. I’m personally not a fan of the majority of the talent on the independent scene and NJPW anymore.

I remember listening to Wrestling Soup yesterday, and Joey Numbas made a good point where a lot of those fans make fun of what WWE is doing, yet we see Marty Scrull singing karaoke with cutouts of Bullet Club members. IDK, i heard Starrcast was crowded, some of the autographs for certain people were too high. And this i heard on that show from someone who called in and was there.

It honestly just irks me that these guys hyped up a “must see” show, that honestly looks like any old independent card that I could see at a local ROH show.
Nothing about this show will change the industry. It features everything any wrestling show would, including the WWE. Which is okay.

Really looking forward to the show in the next few hours, this could and I stress could be one of the most important shows/PPV's in recent memory and arguably one if not the biggest shows since the end of WCW & ECW.If this show is a success and they get a decent rating on WGN this could in turn open the door for possibly a new promotion lead by Billy,Cody & The Bucks(seems like Cody,Nick,Matt and company have been hinting around that they don't like working for other companies and being tolled what to do and want to call their own shots and have full control) or even if not a new promotion the growth of some others like ROH,NWA,IMPACT...ect
Even if the card isn't the best its really cool to see ROH/IMPACT/NJPW/NWA all working together for one show.

I've never used FITE before and I'm surprised at what a crapty, low-rent service it is. I pre-ordered Starrcast -- mainly because it came with a $20 credit to FITE that Conrad Thompson repeatedly said could be used toward All In and it ing can't but that's another issue -- and the quality is garbage. The video and audio quality is fine for the most part, but it has the feel of a highschool football game broadcast.

Had a serious health scare last week that forced me to cancel my trip to Chicago for the event. Looking forward to Zero Hour, then watching the re-broadcast on NJPW World later tonight...gotta enjoy the event somehow since I'm not at Sears Centre right now.

Watching this pre-show deal. Let’s see if they can talk me into ordering a $50 Pay-Per-View in 2018...

Here's to hoping the show is as amazing as it sounds. If bills didn't drain me, I'd have bought the PPV, but hopefully there is a DVD soon.

I broke down and purchased it. Haven’t watched much indy wrestling in more than ten years, but keep hearing how great it is. And I’m so frustrated with WWE booking, why not support an alternative and see what they have to offer. If nothing else, the crowd will make it worthwhile. My only concern is the stream quality...

Have ROH been pushing Flip Gordon at all? I’m so confused. Welp, that battle Royal was mindless fun... but still have zero interest in watching this show.

The tag match was pretty exciting, but the final few minutes was a spamfest.
Battle royal was fun. Not much substance, but matches like that rarely need it. Had a passing thought once Bully Ray and Cabana were facing off, or even when the masked dude popped in the ring we'd get a massive surprise. Not to be, but it would've been a huge waste on a preshow anyway.

Anyone watching this on WGN? My WGN has Cops on right now! Only the pre-show (All In: Zero Hour) was on WGN, the hour before the actual event. All In is only available on Pay-Per-View and the FITE app, I believe. With the replays being available on NJPW World and ROH’s streaming service.
