Wait, is it David Arquette perhaps? That'd be hilarious.

C'mon people.
It's a BAF, so it's not a woman. That would require special tooling which they wouldn't do. It's not anyone not in a suit for the same reason. Unless they use CAS tooling which I highly, highly doubt.
It's also not someone who had a wrestling figure before. He didn't say by Mattel. He said like Wendi Richter.
It's not Vince McMahon, Eric Bischoff, Gorilla Monsoon, Jim Cornette, or JJ Dillon. It's probably not anyone current.
Honestly, the only person I can think of that WWE might allow is Tony Schiavone. Maybe Lord Alfred Hayes, I'm not sure if he's had a figure before, but that's a terrible BAF because few people would buy 4 figures to make him. Sorry, but Tony is the best one to fit the criteria. And Bill likes WCW.
Edit: I could've sworn Jakks made a JJ, but my research turns up nothing. So maybe he didn't. If that's true, add JJ to the list of possibilities. It might be him over Tony because we already have all the Horsemen.

Seriously though Im still leaning heavily on it being Donald Trump. I feel like the "I cant believe they made this figure" comment is more in the tone of "wow, this can/could be controversial" rather then "wow, who's this guy?"

My best guesses would be Ralphus or Tony Schiavone, both are high on my wishlist and both would be amazing to see in figure form.
Vince McMahon Sr and Donald Trump are also strong possibilities I think. Though I wouldn't buy either of them personally.

I hope it is a woman and they reuse the tooling for the arms on an Elite Billie Kay. Give her the entrance cape and both gloved/bare arms, like how they gave Mean Gene alternate arms and jackets. That would be sweet. Im leaning towards Lauper or Linda heavily now.

I see a lot of people speculating that it's Linda McMahon. Do you all know how heavily I'd cry? If literally make a YouTube video thanking Mattel, tears and all.
The McMahon family figures need to be complete! I've always said that Mattel could do it! We've seen them do people we wished we could see. Please Mattel, please let it be Linda!

Jesse the Body Ventura or Dr. Harvey Whippelman Whippleman came out in a 2 pack Classic Superstars with Giant Gonzales ( one of my biggest Mattel wants.. ) And jesse ventura had a LJN, and jakks had an announcer one and a gear one

Todd Pettengil or Jack Tunney would be the greatest thing in history

Oh man, Trump would be amazing.
But I highly doubt that will happen so I guess Jack Tunney would be the best option of the figures that were never made. Or maybe Vince Sr? Probably not.
My ideal choice would be Bischoff though. Complete with leather jacket and nWo t-shirt.
