UPDATED 3/10*I didn’t realize Jey was in series 106 so we went back up to Monroe this morning. And Monroe did away with the shipper overnight and put the figures on an end cape. I also didn’t realize that there were two versions of Jey so I picked up both. Jey Uso -*I didn’t realize Jey was a swap. (Especially seeing there were two black attire Jey’s on the shelf) but now that I do you know what’s going back. Also some jack @$$ returned the MNW Undertaker and Austin with the figures swapped for Basics and no BaF pieces. Here’s hoping bad Karma comes back to the @&$hole who did the swaps.  But I did find an Elite Series 101 Cody Rhodesthere though. Then we went to the Fishkill NY Walmart and I picked up the new Ultimate Edition Series 20 Roman Reigns and another Basic Series 143 Cody Rhodes. This is getting ridiculous. I'm seeing this more and more now. If this continues, I can see Walmart start locking these up behind glass like they're doing lego's now. |

Toys should not be allowed to be rerurned unless broken, and you have to show how it's broken. Trying to return a figure that hasn't been open gets the boot. A message can pop up stating that no returns will be accepted, you press ok to proceed. That was your warning.
Need to be treated like cds and DVDs you can only exchange and not get a refund. But even that has to be limited because people will get 2 of the same figure for the price of 1.
It's a game that somebody needs to end.
Perhaps Mattel themselves (or any toy company) should be the only ones to handle returns like most furniture and appliances. Oh you want to return it? Well guess what, you have to send it to Mattel to make sure 100% package is intact. This won't happen, they are cheap they wouldn't hire a person to do that they don't even have their own qc personnel so wtf am I talking about lol.

I think stores need to know that wrestling figures are getting exchanged with older figures. So, they need to teach the people who accept the return to check when a wrestling figure gets returned to look up what the figure looks like before accepting the return. Also need to check the accessories as well. Maybe just do this with wrestling figures instead of all toys. I don't see return issues with other lines, just wrestling figures. |

Although less frequently, I’ve seen it with Marvel Legends. The retro carding makes it harder, but the windowless packaging was a repackers delight. |

Happy Stone Cold Steve Austin Day! nice pj. On a side note pj. I seen a YouTube video a few weeks ago. Can’t remember who it was but he was in Walmart or target figure hunting and he always checks under the isles for any figures being hidden and he goes under where the wwe Mattel figures are and he finds the very rare rvd with the rising sun on it. I thought this figure was never released but he got it. Also meant to ask you do you own the malakai black supreme figure. |
