I know discussions like this probably seem overdone and can lead to some hostile discussion, but I'm always curious to see who goes against what the general opinion of the internet seems to be.
For example, I think the current attempt at a cruiserweight division isn't all that terrible. I think there are some strong workers, 205 Live is a fun show that has produced some decent matches, and when given time, I think the division has had some stand out matches no matter what show it gets featured on. I do think that they've had too many title changes, but it's not that bad and hopefully with Neville at the helm, hopefully they can build up his reign to have more umph and a bigger pay off when we see a title change. But Gallagher is fun, Kendrick has been great and I can get behind his feud with Tozawa, and Neville is doing alright as a bully heel amongst guys that he muscle around and beat up.
I also think that Roman Reigns is a great worker and I can't get behind this hatred of him. I think he's had some great matches, I dig his character, he has some flaws, but I don't think that they make him terrible. I also don't see this idea that he's been pushed down our throats, I mean, he does get to look strong a lot sure, but I don't think he's been constantly made to look better than everyone else. Besides, personally, I can't get behind criticising him for "burying" people or whatever when guys like Kevin Owens and Finn Balor got to storm onto the scene and be given huge pushes out of the gate. Owens beating Cena in his first main roster match, clean might I add. As well as Finn being pushed to the moon within basically a month on the main roster, including winning the Universal Title. If don't get how stuff like that is okay, but a guy being on kept in the spotlight and taking 3 years to get any form of a big main event push makes him worse.
