I have to say, when I first glanced at the pic, I thought this was a very elaborate custom/hoax. Luger and Sting's heads just look weird. The photo isn't of the clearest quality either, so I'm just being very judgmental. Hopefully some HD ones pop up soon. All three of these were on my wish list. I thought the same. That Sting does look a little weird, like he has no neck, but I'm hoping seeing him out of the box will help. |

And Bill once again screws up another Sting figure. Lousy scan. (We couldn't get a serious face scan for Surfer Sting after the justifiably maligned flat top version?) Wrong body (That we've all complained about. Which bears no resemblance to 1996 Sting). Wrong arms (Sting wasn't on roids then). Face palm. Probably my second most wanted Sting too. To his credit Luger and Savage look great though. Dude, shut up Thread wouldn't be complete without someone nit picking something they'll probably buy anyway haha. He'd have a field day if Jakks ever made a Bash at the Beach Sting haha |

Let the hunting begin!!!!! Just got back from Walmart already lol Nothing yet haha See THIS is what makes collecting fun. When you see something like this and you instantly think to yourself...what time is walmart open till? Like you just wanna get up and go check haha I LOVE IT! I hope everyone's NEW year is better than this year. What a horrible year this has been. For us, seems like the e39 nightmare might be coming to an end. I know s few were sold around me...but there's been new basics on the shelves already and last jan hof 2 hit so...here's hoping. Curious to see what set becomes this years e39. Seems to like there hasn't been a big dumping of one set since then. I just hope Brutis makes it to retail. Anyways, cheers all |

This makes me very optimistic that a Wolfpac Luger is on the way. Maybe the RSC Exclusive after Balor. Hoping for an early Crow Sting too with that head scan. I was sure it'd be savage...but now can def see ponytail wolfpack luger coming. I'm starting to wonder which format though. Seems an early wcw luger or wolfpack luger lend themselves to basics... I still think macho would be an rsc exclusive. maybe machos deal is up. We got wcw mach, maniacs mach, wcw batb macho, tnf 2 macho, dm wm III macho and a wolfpack one all in a year (roughly)? I think same with warrior - they must be getting to the end for those guys' contracts. But I digress... |

How can the same company make beautifully scaled/proportioned figures like Big John Studd, Cactus Jack, Hulk Hogan and so on be the same company that thinks this POS figure abomination Sting is fit for release?
MDT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SCALE DOWN SURFER STING HEADS & TORSOS. WHY IS THIS AN ISSUE?

This is the greatest NYE in wrestling figure history. Seriously, what a cool surprise in Elite figures of The Shield and the babyface half of Bash at the Beach. With all the stuff we've seen at all the toy shows, they still managed to hide these from us ala Ringmaster. More like this, please! I love the surprise.
That said, critically speaking, it's time to go back to the drawing board for Sting's body. Luger should be in white boots, but I guess this opens up the possibility of that figure sans facepaint somewhere else. If Luger ever gets into the HOF, it'd be a good way to include him with Sting in the HOF 2-packs and give Sting all the budget for his jacket accessory.
