The show should be a fun watch but it doesn't change the fact that their's to much content.

Wow. I missed that it was taking over the 10 o'clock slot. you WWE I actually liked Talking Smack. The clocks have just gone back an hour here in England, the same usually happens in USA not long after doesn't it? Maybes Talking Smack would be on an hour earlier, cos over here we usually have a few weeks of Raw being on at midnight instead of 1am.

Thank god! Thank you Triple H. He has probably been livid seeing how the cruiserweights are just being tossed into 6 man tag matches every week with no development. GOD forbid we don't get a hundred recaps of stuff form earlier in the night, a dozen stephanie/mick segments, 20 minute promos from the women and from the men, but instead get a few minutes for some promos from the crusiderweights.

Little confused on whether this means theyll be off RAW or not, but pretty great for the Cruiserweight division.

I don't think the problem is the show they're on. WWE has not spent the necessary time developing them with quality writing and booking. If they would commit to fleshing out the characters and giving the fans a reason to get behind them then the cruiserweights would be fine.

Superstars on Raw should be built and showcased on Raw. If you are a fan of Raw superstars, the only thing you should need to watch IS Raw.
If you only watch Raw and have no clue or interest who these CW guys are, your perception won't change despite this Network show existing. It is so assbackards.
"Let's start this CW division on Raw. Let's take 8-10 guys that that majority of our audience doesn't know because they didn't watch the CWC and put them in random matches. Oh and then when it starts to flop let's create a show just for them thus phasing them off of Monday Night Raw and they can just continue to be a sideshow act, but this time they will literally have their own show on the side."
That is WWE's minset of this entire CW division.

Raw does not build compelling characters and storylines. Smackdown has video packages for guys already on the roster just to give them some extra exposure as to who they are. The commentary puts over stories about the superstars. They get backstage segments. They get everything they need to get over. Raw just tosses everyone in 6 man tag team matches. Unless you're Seth Rollins, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens, Charlotte, or Sasha. Creative could give two f*cks about you.

I hope it does well, I really do.... But asking wrestling fans to cram yet another hour into their week is alot, so if it doesn't do well I hope the cruiserweights don't get blamed for not drawing.

I heard Vince isn't a fan of the smaller guys like the cruiserweights. Here how to make the WWE much better - Vince McMahon need to step down cause he old as . - Triple H should have full control of creative. - Get rid of the 30 or so creative team members, whatever happen to 2 guys writing the show back in the late 90's - Fire Kevin Dunn - Hire a promo coach cause some of these guys and gals can't cut a damn promo if their lives depend on it. - Learn how to create new stars and stop giving them a start and stop push. - Stop making a top babyface look like ing superman (Cena and Reigns), that type of crap is making us fans look like fools. - Less talk and more action. Stop with the same finishes to the matches (distraction and ed finishes) I don't like these 20 minute promos at the start of the show on both Raw and SmackDown. Both of these shows are becoming hard to watch. The real person you should blame is Vince McMahon and the 30 or so writers in the creative for a lack luster divison.

ILess talk and more action. This is just a generic old parroted internet complaint that was barely valid even back when people started saying it, and is completely ridiculous now. Anybody watching Raw and thinking it needs more matches and less stories can't be paying any attention to the show. WWE's biggest problem in getting/keeping anyone over for the last several years is the opposite of that. They've overexposed everyone by having them out there doing PPV-length "action" every week on TV, rather than "talking" to establish characters and connections and reasons to care about the "action." Modern WWE has pretty much ticked every box that was on our wishlists ten years ago, and we still don't like it.

Edit: Sorry about the double post, I can't quite combine them on my phone. Like the one Raw had for Rich Swann recently? Those two do. The only two who have any sort of development. Yeah, but that's the breaks when you're bringing ten people or so up at the same time. It's much better to get one or two who stand out rather than just all of them melting into a faceless soup. If they can get these two over, they can use them to branch out into separate feuds -- say, Swann vs Kendrick, and TJ vs Nese. Then that fleshes out two more guys, and gradually more and more. The problem is that the feud doesn't seem to have gotten the guys in it over. Which is a shame, I've quite enjoyed it.

I'm excited for it! the cruiserweight division is the only reason I watch RAW. They will probably still have cruiserweight matches on RAW. I'm happy they are getting their own show. this probably explains why they held off debuting Gallagher, Dar, and Tozawa. So the 205 live roster will be: Brian Kendrick TJ Perkins Rich Swan Cedric Alexander Lince Dorado Noam Dar Jack Gallagher Gran Metallik Akira Tozawa The Bollywood Boys Ho ho Lun and most likely Tony Nese Drew Gulak Sin Cara Ariya Daivari Gargano and Ciampa Good starting roster!
My only questions are: Will the show be shot at Full Sail, or will it be shot before RAW, like how superstars is shot? Is Ho ho Lun and The Bollywood Boys officially signed? and this is wishful thinking, but do you think they will make cruiserwight tag team titles that are only defended on 205 live?
Either way, i'm super excited for the show, can't wait for it to debut!

I was hoping it would have came on Wednesdays after NXT. Same time slot as the CWC. Being on at ten means I most likely won't watch it live.

I'll probably watch it. I won't watch it after Smackdown but I'll watch it later on in the week. And if I don't I'll just binge watch a few episodes at a time.

Unless you're Seth Rollins, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens, Charlotte, or Sasha. Creative could give two f*cks about you. That was my point. There is nothing inherently wrong with RAW that necessitates the cruiserweights getting their own show. The issue is not the show, but the booking and presentation of the talent as this anomalous, separate entity that nobody has a reason to connect with. The cruiserweights would probably be better off if they were allowed to mix with the main roster more, work with guys who are already over, and develop their characters on prime time television slots rather than on a show that is aired exclusively on an internet subscription service. In many ways RAW could be more conducive to getting the talent over than Smackdown or the WWE Network. More eyes on them will lead to more fans if they are given the right opportunity. A separate show for cruiserweights is unnecessary, precisely because it could work just fine on RAW if WWE did it properly.

I usually give WWE the benefit of doubt, but this is such a cluster . So now some or maybe all of the Cruiserweights will be traveling and performing with both the RAW & Smackdown crews even though they're exclusive to RAW? Doesn't make sense. They're either off of RAW but you can't have it both ways.

somehow we'll still get pointless 6-man tags featuring random cruiserweights on RAW
