The KOTM title is being replaced by the TNA Grand Championship. New title. New design. New lineage.
The GC division will be based on MMA, complete with rounds, scoring and judges. And if there is a god who loves us, this will not be a TNA rehashing of Brawl 4 All.
I'm actually excited by this. I like that they (read: Billy Corgan) are trying something different. Depending on how this is executed, the only downside I see is the belt itself. It's hideous.

I don't usually like spoilers but when it comes to new champships I can't help my self. The belt looks good IMO and kind of a interesting rules in order to win the title. TBH it was about time they replaced the KOTM title, but I just hope this belt doesn't end up like the KOTM title. Now the tag belts are the only ones that have the outdated look.

The belt looks a little similar to the X Division Title. Anyways, as for the concept, ill judge more as the concept goes along, but it doesn't sound too appealing to me, or it sounds like something that will be forgotten about in a few months, like all the ideas they had for the X Division Title in the past

I like the belt (although the Impact Wrestling logo still really irks me; and I'm still not over the switch from red to blue), and I like the idea behind it.

The belt is okay, but I have two problems with it: first of all, why is the Impact "GRAND" Champion considered lesser than the TNA "World" Champion? The name makes it sound like it should be the top belt. My other problem with it, which is far less of a nitpick, is that the rules are completely stupid for wrestling/kayfabe. They should call it the TNA Try-Hard Champion cause that's all it is, trying too hard to do something different.
