I am in Eastern PA; my Target just put out the Dusty Rhodes Elite with the WCW Ring. It was $39.99 and there were two left after I grabbed mine. They may be surfacing in other Targets soon.

I got my Ringmaster off EBay for pretty much retail. When I realized it wasn't even at SDCC, I became worried it was a very limited release. I don't go to TRU stores themselves anymore so I wouldn't know how available they've been in store.

GameStop has blind order elites for 12.97 on the website. I ordered one with my NXT edition WWE 2K17. Fingers crossed it will be something worth while!
