For the record (not that anyone cares what I think) I'm not a fan of Appreciation threads. No matter whom it's for. They flood up the front page and gives people an excuse to spam. The Bayley one remains open because it's been here for a very long time. Long before I became the WWE mod. And the Eva one is there so those that hated Bayley's thread could talk about Eva. It's almost a compromise of sorts.
Personally, I'd be okay if both were locked and no more were allowed. Only to keep it fair to those that may not be a fan of either. But I also understand these threads are very popular. So for now, they both will stay opened. But we will try to keep it to only two for now.
To those that have made appreciation threads for other women only to have them locked or merged, please understand it was only to prevent the whole front page from becoming an appreciation thread after appreciation thread. It's nothing personal.
And to all those who hate Eva, and feel the need to remind everyone, please don't. Just stay away. Let those that are fans have their thread... Please.

Honest question, why do people care about what kind of threads there are, or if there are "appreciation" threads? It's just a place about wrestling toys on the Internet. It's really not that important or serious business. Just let all the threads run their course.
It blows my mind that people actually take this so seriously.

I believe the first appreciation thread that was on this board was the WCW appreciation thread. It got a lot of hate, but it also reached over 200 pages. I had something to do with that thread lol, but it lasted a really long time. |
