Are they seriously putting him in there with Joe? For s sake... I liked EY as a character like ten years ago. Between character and passable in ring talent I didn't hate him, but he's really just not a main event guy. Plus I'm 95% sure last time I saw him he was gassed to the gills. Joe vs EY for the NXT Title may be the lowest the title could go.. Edit- This killed all the s I had to give so I sought out NXT Spoilers for the first time. NXT is now just a cycle of independent talents and not really creating talent anymore. That isn't a compliment. Well, not really, they just bought in a new class of 12 or so wrestlers, and only 3 of them had prior wrestling experience. They've got people like Liv Morgan, Nia Jax, Chad Gable, and Jason Jordan, among others, who hadn't wrestled on the indies prior to WWE on the roster too. The whole purpose of NXT is to shape greener talents into the performer they need to be and groom the experienced ones for the main roster. |

I never cared for him in TNA although I can be happy that he finally got to WWE.
Having said that from what I read Idk about how long he is going to be in NXT.
It should be said that NXT (and WWE in Styles case) has taken in so many former TNA wrestlers that they might as well be known as NXTNA. I mean really.. Almost all of the signings are great though so I'm happy but I want them to snatch up some X-Division people as well as KOs.

The new era of NXT is TNA? AJ Styles is closer to reforming the Front Line with Samoa Joe, Rhino, the Dudley Boyz, Eric Young, Austin Aries and Bobby Roode than he is to reforming the Bullet Club.
