That may be the case then brother Go down to your original weight, if you still have bitch titts, more likely than not your going to have surgery to fix it. I can't recall the name of the surgery, I do know The Rock had to have it done. Bitch tits. Good on you, pal. The surgery can be expensive. The fat can also come back over time. Lots of men struggle with this issue. To name a wrestler off the top of my head, Damien Sandow. The best thing to do is diet right, excercise properly and be sure to equally work your upper and lower chest as well as the back.

I joined the gym, Club Fit, and I managed to stay there for 30m working out arms and chest. It was awkward at first, but I will continue to make a solid change. I weigh in at 258 lbs, 8 lbs from my monthly goal. I’ve decided to increase my calorie intake because 1200-1500 will not be enough in a day (it was with just running), instead 1500-1800 will have to do with running/working out. Tomorrow, I start leg day and want to increase my stay to 45m. I was 285 lbs on May 7th, hopefully by July 16th (my next 5K timed event) I will be 245 lbs, as I have found a 5K equation that can estimate you time based on weight and current time;
Step 1: (1 – (Target weight/Current weight)) x 100 = Excess weight percentage (Ew). Step 2: (Current 5K time/12) x 23Ew) / 5000 meters = Proportion of 5K time loss. Step 3: (Current 5K time x (1- 5K time loss)) = Potential 5K time at Target weight.
It should be worth noting that actual results will vary. This works best for those with realistic monthly goals and should be used to motivate pieces of an overall plan.
(1-(245/260)) x 100 = 5.8 ((36.1/12) x 23 x 5.8)/5000 = .08026 36.1 x (1 - .08026) = 33.2 =33m12s.

But the rock as cut as he got had to have surgery.

Ah the creases between the under shoulder. I get what your saying. What I've read from the rocks book. I took at is he got down to 7% body fat and still had A+ man boobs. Hence the surgery.

triple h's most likely has to due with getting gyno from steroids. the rock is more likely genetic out of the two, considering his samoan traits. sonny siaki was similar as well.

the guy above you said he forgot the name. I have it too and my dad too and probably his dad. I'd be fine if the little lump around the nipples go away

Even when I played high school football, I was in the best shape of my life by far, yet still had them. It got much worse as I gained weight and got up to my heaviest(280) and I'm down now to about 229 and even though they're a lot better, they are still bad in my eyes. I'll never get that surgery, as I'll just stay on top of my diet and exercise the best I can. It doesn't really embarrass me as much as the stretch marks I have on my stomach do. Lol I look like a blown out stripper who had six kids. But it's just shows me that I was never meant to get that big and it's my fault I have them. So I try to just own them, and I tell people that I did it to myself because I let myself go. They're never going away, so it makes for a story. Plus people can at least tell that I got tired of letting my body go and decided to do something about it.

But the rock as cut as he got had to have surgery. There's two types of gynecomastia, fatty and glandular. You can diet down all you want, and it'll look better, especially if you are overweight to begin with. But at a certain point you'll be at a low body fat and still have "pointy" nipples. That's because there is a stupid useless gland behind your nipples that can only be removed via surgery. I found that at lower body fat levels I feel comfortable with mine, to the point where I decided not to have the surgery despite having the money for it.

hit the gym a few hours ago now. my supplement store was out of hemp protein so i'm back on the whey for a few weeks and i am feeling it. just not as quality of a protein, a lot of slughishness and general intestinal irritation.
nevertheless, had a good session of back/biceps. didn't have time to fit the cardio in but that's for the best as i was having leg cramps earlier today...
...which leads me to my revelation i had that i've been a friggin idiot for drinking demineralized water for months! i didn't even think about it, just bought the 4L jugs at a time and was downing them daily. now i realize i've probably been flushing my body of essential minerals for a while now, and increasing my overall acidity in my body! gah.

Been in a loop of working out for a few weeks straight and then slacking off for a week or two. Tonight is my start back to getting on track.
I just did an hour cardio session. Currently at 215 pounds and standing between 6'2 and 6'3. Can't decide if I want to lower that by 15 and be more lean, or add to that by 15-20 and be bulkier. The struggle is real haha

I've been regularly (ish) hitting the gym for about 3 months but haven't been in about a week. My main problem is my diet. I want to cut out all of the bad foods but I just can't.

First week of my Strong Lift 5x5 program is complete. Hopefully I'll notice minor changes soon! --Go ahead and invest in a logbook. Write down your lifts every week (weight/reps) and try to beat the log book. Eventually you will hit a point that stalls. A lot of people think it sounds tedious, but the fact of the matter is you can look back and see what worked, how long it took etc. Been in a loop of working out for a few weeks straight and then slacking off for a week or two. Tonight is my start back to getting on track. I just did an hour cardio session. Currently at 215 pounds and standing between 6'2 and 6'3. The struggle is real haha my suggestion would be to clean bulk - cut down on the fat and gain muscle at the same time, and LOOK 235 lb at 215. K5 with a killer suggestion. Although, this is my thought process. Clean bulking is more like lean gaining. If you truly go on a bulk, your already in a caloric surplus so its hard to really call anything "clean." This is the difference, people tend to hold fat in different places. So I can clean bulk and I tend to hold most of my weight in my midsection once the abs get blurry etc. However, many other men hold the excess fat in their lower back. Clean bulking to me is more so lean gaining. As in you try to gain as slowly as possible. SO if clean bulking. just realize its going to be a slow slow process. Now, I am certainly not recommending dirty bulking, I am just recommending you to be patient.

Digging hard here but anyone here have a good workout that could accommodate for Basketball? Specifically vertical. Thanks if anyone can help! You ask and you shall receive. You may not 100% receive everything you need in this video. But Frank is very knowledgeable. He hired a trainer to assist him throughout this process. I know his vertical was over 40 inches at one point. Regardless, hopefully this helps and at least points you in the right direction.
