Feel free to talk all Star Trek in here. I will be preordering this Mezco one:12 asap... Captain Kirk -And these two are already up for preorder Mr Spock - Mr Sulu -I merged Hollywood Hogan's Collection thread into it because his collection is amazing. PJ Captain Picard and MOC Locutus, along with some character specific accessories. Lt. Cmdr. Laforge, Commander Riker and Lt. Worf Counselor Deanna Troi, complete with chocolate sundae Ensign Ro, Chief O'Brien and Dr. Crusher Data from Star Trek Nemesis. I cannot find a TNG series uniform Data anywhere Gowron and Worf DS9 2-pack. I love the accessories in this set, the bat'leth and klingon disruptor, especially! Group shot Here are the display bases most of the figures come with I have pretty much the entire Playmates line (TNG, TOS, DS9 and Voyager) MOC as well, probably around 200 figures and boxsets. I plan to take pics of them too, but it will take a while to dig them all out and sort them. Here is my display of the Playmates Enterprise main bridge and crew. Edit: Ok I finally had time to find and sort everything out. I know there isn't much value in the Playmates Star Trek line, but I loved it and I still do. There was such an array of characters and accessories and the majority of them were very available to the average collector. Here are my 1:6 scale 12" figures; Troi is not from the same series as the others so she isn't in scale with them. I just got Art Asylum TNG Lore from the episode "Descent" Here are Galoob's Star Trek:TNG figures from 1988, prior to Playmates taking over the line in 1992. As far as I know, this is the complete set minus the error Data figures where his skin was speckly among other incorrect forms. Some of my Star Trek shelves, including Star Trek...ninja....turtles?? updated DST TNG shelf with Lore

That collection is insane, bra. Can't imagine how much space it would take up if you had them on walls.

Thanks for the comments Here are some of my favorites from my loose Playmates line collection. KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!From Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982). Good enough likeness to Ricardo Montalban, great rendition of his villainous garb, complete with a delicious bowl of mind-controlling Ceti eels, the Genesis control box, a genesis torpedo, a Star Trek movie series display base and a sweet collectors card. This figure was released in 1995. Lt. SaavikWhat an incredible likeness to her real life counterpart, Kirstie Alley, especially considering it is a 4.5" scale figure from 1995. Her uniform is accurate to what it was in The Wrath of Khan film, she features the maximum amount of articulation that the Playmates line offered at the time and she comes with a starfleet dufflebag, a phaser, a tricorder, a communicator and a nice collectors card and display base. Captain PicardMy favorite Picard figure in the Playmates line. He was released in the initial wave of figures in 1992. They did not include collector cards (or later, space caps) until wave 2 hit the following year. A good likeness to Patrick Stewart and looking sharp in his character specific captain's jacket, he comes with a view screen, tricorder, a padd, a phaser and a small captain's log booklet. My favorite part of this figure is that it features his signature "engage" hand gesture, which was oddly absent from every other Picard figure in the line, making this the definitive version, imo. Lt. Commander Data (movie uniform)This new style of uniform debuted in the 1994 movie Star Trek: Generations. An odd note: the figures released as part of the actual Generations movie line by Playmates featured uniform designs based on pre-movie release concept art that were eventually discarded and replaced with the above pictured uniform by the time the movie actually came out. Oops It uses the same headsculpt as most Data figures by Playmates and, although it's a pretty good one, I would have preferred an updated sculpt for a more "emotional" Data. The uniform came out real slick, and the included collectors card has a really crisp design. I plan to add more of these small overviews, if anyone cares.

LocutusProbably the most memorable episode of The Next Generation was when Capt. Picard was captured and assimilated by the Borg collective in the season 3 finale, "The Best of Both Worlds, part one." Renamed to Locutus, he constantly had an evolving appearance as he became more "borg-like" and less human, and this figure, released in 1993, is a collaboration of those looks, rather than just one in particular. His head sculpt and costume are well delivered and he comes with some interchangeable hands, extra shield generator coils, a Borg collective logo display base and a collectors card. No TNG collection would be complete without Locutus. The GornWhen Captain Kirk and the captain of the Gorn vessel are captured and placed in a one-on-one death match situation on a neutral planet by the Metrons as punishment for their "savagery" in the episode, "Arena," we see the gorn species for the first and final time in the original series. This figure was released in 1997 in a wave that featured several characters from the original Star Trek. His green reptilian skin, silver eyes, razor-sharp teeth and shiny gold outfit are pulled off very well. He is missing the standard Star Trek playmates line bicep swivel articulation but it detracts little from an otherwise flawless miniature counterpart. He comes with some rocks, a stone spike, a voice recorder/translator device, the primitive cannon that would be his demise, an alien display base and a cool skybox/playmates collector card.

Your collection is insane buddy. Thanks for taking the time to break the collection down in pictures and with descriptions. I really enjoyed looking at your collection, it's awesome. Thanks I am enjoying doing it, I just wish there were more Trek fans here. Commander SelaThe half-Romulan daughter of Lt. Tasha Yar in an alternate timeline, Sela betrayed her mother during an attempted escape from the romulans, was integral in assisting the rebel faction during the Klingon civil war, and later spear-headed a kidnapping of Capt. Picard, Data and Spock. Her headsculpt is decent and her checkered Romulan uniform is well done and accurate enough for a 4.5" scale action figure. She comes with a Romulan branded knife, phaser, phaser rifle, padd, display base and a collector card. She was released in 1993 as part of series 2. FerengiThe pirates of the Star Trek universe, the ferengi are fueled by monetary greed. This figure, a generic ferengi rather than a specifically named one, perfectly captures their hideous, unmistakable appearance. He comes with a ferengi energy whip, ferengi rifle, handblaster and some (no doubt questionably obtained) dilithium crystals. He is noticeably shorter than the majority of the rest of the figures in the line, as should be the case. He is from the initial wave in 1992.

Lol.I can understand.i bought this one during the show s run as it was a pretty good pickup. Yeah some of them are really well done. Here are some new additions. This TNG framed picture came from Entertainment Earth and was limited to 2012 pieces (2012 marking the 25th anniversary of TNG). I got #13 I been looking to get the Kirk vs. Gorn Diamond Select pack for a while now and I finally got it off ebay for the decent price of $29.95US Freed from their plastic bubble imprisonment! Alot of fantastic detail on Gorn, everything is sculpted rather than just applied, his gown is a softer plastic and his skin has a rough reptilian texture. Captain Kirk's face, boots, pants and shirt are covered in dirt from their fight. Gorn comes with a stone spike and translator device and Kirk with his signature phaser and communicator, of which were not actually present during the battle. Troi seems to have mistaken the translator device for another type of device Comparing the Playmates and Diamond select Gorn captain figures and accessories The Playmates version comes with a few more items, and in classic Playmates style, are all the same color, while the Diamond select version has an accurate colored translator and a black spike. The DST one has painted claws and more defined legs. Both capture the Gorn very well.

Here are all the clip & collect profiles I can find that every Star Trek Playmates figure comes with. The designs of them were modified with each series.
