It looks just like the one Jakks did make for the WM 23 2 packs Series 3. I'm a little weary on the legitamacy of this custom.

I'm pretty sure its the WM23 2 pack Michaels with a DA Head.
Look closely at the pants... no flaw at ALL, no chunky spots.. no acrylic looking paint. everything is perfect. The lines are perfectly alined and straight. not a custom. just a head switch. Sorry.
