Another VERY simple custom. I got the head idea from Goreinator, Maniwa showed me it and it looked so good I couldn't pass on making it. The only thing I need to touch up is the hair, I plan on drybrushing some brown streaks in it. Also, I believe he's wore those type of kickpads before, just a bit shorter in height. Thanks for checking it out. Jake. Any comments are met with graciousness.

Wow, thats a damn awesome custom. Though I can't remember Lynn wearing elbow pads, or kickpads in ECW.

Again, credit goes to Gore for the head idea. Such an incredible idea and it works the best for Lynn. No more Test heads for him. Like I told you on AIM, the figure looks good man. Can't wait to see him in RCW, .

This figure is partly based from his rematch with RVD in 1999 when he broke his nose, i think it was "Living Dangerously 1999." No elbow pads in the match, just an added touch from me. The kickpads he wore in the match had a couple silver stripes or something i believe, but im pretty sure ive seen him in short plain silver kickpads with purple outline in ECW, not sure on the purple, but im pretty sure ive seen him in short silver kicks in those tights before. Not positive, but just kinda my touch on the figure to make it look cleaner.

Looks awesome, dude...I did something similar on my Lynn custom, but used a Test had since it was a simple fix. I really love that head, though, what head is that? Did you make sure to add the Japanese writing on the back of his tights, too?

I never thought of an Al Snow head for Jerry but I have to admit, it work well for him. Simple but great custom.

Nice custom indeed. I was having trouble figuring out what head that was.

Can we get some pictures that don't look like they were taken in a dungeon?

Can we get some pictures that don't look like they were taken in a dungeon? Nope. It's a SIMPLE fixup, there's really no need.

Like thugsuperstar said, did you put the Japanese logos on his tights? You know, better pictures would help us see details like that. Making a custom (especially if you're going to show it off) is 10% making it right and 90% taking good pictures of it. Because it could be the best custom in the world but if your pictures suck... I really find it hard to believe that someone who would take the time and effort to scrape the "help me" off the Al Snow head scan wouldn't also take the same time and effort to snap a decent ing photograph of his work. You let me down, dude. I thought you were a customizer. Now you're one peg below Dr. Angus.

Dude, Jake don't let people talk down on you like that. It's a sick custom man. It's pretty rad and all of your customs are. Taking pictures is not 90% of making a custom because if you buy a custom because the picture looks good and then you lookat it in person and it sucks your the idiot who bought it for a picture's quality.

Yeah, and his custom maybe really good but his blurry pics make it look like shit. So you can't win unless you take good pictures and make good customs. We all know he is not willing to do at least one of these two things.

The moment I saw the Al Snow proto, I thought it would make a great Lynn. It works so much better than the TTL Test.
Pretty good custom, but that attire is too overdone. I know its simple and playable, but I think the logos would make the figure sooo much better. I'll have to re-check the boots, but I think he has worn something similiar to them before. They go well with the tights, at least.

I'd say taking pictures is like 40%, while making the custom is 60%. When I post customs, I take at least 10-15 pics with different lighting and background.

Nick, your work is good man so I know you can feel me. How can taking good pictures be just 40%? It's almost more important in ways than having a good custom because like I said, with shitty pictures it doesn't matter how good your custom is (cause no one can see it!) It's like trying to make a really great song on a $50 karaoke machine. You don't need to go into this fancy million dollar studio or anything, but seriously, if the bass line is all you can hear over the vocals then it pretty much loses the point entirely if that's not what you're going for. So yes, making customs looking pretty is important. But part of making them look pretty is showing them to others in such a way as well. Blurry/dark/whatever pictures can ruin a custom. No joke.
