The Benoit is the best one, paint needs to be more smooth though. All the rest are WAY TOO SLOPPY.

These are indeed very sloppy. However don't listen to the whiney a holes that are probably the same age as you, and could probably do no better. I don't care if they are completely horrible. Do not comment with horrible and disgusting if you have no creative input.
This is a vast improvement over your last group. Still not quite there yet though. I would take a couple of the really sloppy ones and soap and water the paint off until its completely removed. Then try painting a solid section such as the tights or the shorts, one color. Remember you want to thin the paint a little, I always squeeze enough paint to fill the bottom of a bottle cap, then put about 3 drops of water in, sometimes more depending on what I'm going for, but 3 drops will usually do. Stir it. Then carefully paint. Painting technique is not hard, but is a learned technique. Some are naturals, some are not.
Try painting a solid section, let it dry for about 30 minutes or so. Then try going back and doing detail work with another color. Would definitely try to paint the skin tones as well. Remember to try and paint in the same direction if painting a large area to avoid brush strokes. Detail work you can use some really thin paint brushes or possibly tooth picks or needles. I make shift some brushing utensils sometimes. Just depends on what is needed. I would focus on completing a clean solid area such as the tights first. Once you perfect that, then move on to the detail, but only after the tights are solid and clean. Part of that cleanliness is painting the skin tone so that it all looks like it belongs.
Remember you want to make these look as real as possible with your paint scheme. Finding a good skin tone is one of the hardest things to do. But if you mix the right colors, a good skintone will unveil itself to you. I would go with apple barrel skintone, might be called flesh, can't remember. Throw about 5-10 drops of red, about 10-20 drops of brown, shake it up, maybe add a few drops of water to the bottle. It'll mix right up and you'll never have to really mix another skin tone unless the character is just a lot darker than normal. Or you can do individual mixes for the tone, such as filling the bottom of a bottle cap, putting a drop of red and 2 drops of brown, mixing, test application on a sheet of paper. Keep adding 1 drop red, 2 drops brown until it is to liking.
As I said before, vast improvement from the originals. Keep practicing and your skills will hone. Let me know if you need any more tips, suggestions, etc.
