I'm very impressed with both Jesse and Fuji. Very clean and standout. Always liked Jesse, would love to see one of him made from his heyday.

Wonderful, I love both Venturas and Fuji looks great too. How did you make Fuji's waistcoat? His tuxedo coat is just a regular black coat trimmed to resemble a tuxedo coat. His vest is the backside of a regular black coat trimmed at the neck area and bottom to resemble a vest. If I did it over I'd make the white "V" area near his bowtie bigger. It's superglued in place. WC Thanks for the comments guys!! Keep them coming!

You are my favorite customizer as far as making figures that can stand right next to factory figures and not look out of place.
Do you still have your site with all your customs posted? Your Hasbros need to be seen by everyone.

the way its looks it makes it look like a slaughter, you shouldve used a hogan, other than that its dead on. You *do* know who Jesse Ventura is, right? I mean, you've seen him? Used a Hogan?!? Are you trying to be funny? Or just a troll? yes i do know who ventura is smartass, and yes ive seen him. yes used a hogan, is there a problem with that? a troll? trying to impress someone? not cool.

Show me your Hogan-made Ventura and I'll put mine right beside it and we'll see who looks like Jesse Ventura and who looks like "Slaughter" or Hulk Hogan dressed up like Jesse Ventura. LOL As for 'impressing someone"-- only with my work, not my words. I must've hit it close to home...

WOW!! The Venturas are awesome. I have had a Ventura partially finished for about four months, the only thing missing was the head. I couldn't find what to use. I tried everything I could think of and none of it worked. The closest I came was a Superstar Billy Graham. I used a Hogan and it didn't come close. Now I shall go forth and finish my Ventura! **YOINK** (That's the sound of me stealing the head idea) LOL... Thanks!

OK, first: the first picture is of an actor portraying Jesse Ventura from his TV movie...yup, you obviously know him pretty well! Heck, he's 'fighting' Kanyon for God's sake, certainly you know that's not possible! second: yes, Hogan is a bad choice, period. Post 1 good Ventura custom made using a Hogan, otherwise, stfu. If you can do it, I'll stfu....but I don't see that happening. The Kane head is better, period. Just because they both were balding blondes doesn't mean Hogan is a good choice. Their mustaches, chins, eyes, mouths, foreheads, etc. are VERY different. Besides, are over a dozen other posters wrong--and it's a bad choice? Please... I've had my share of 'misses' over the years...this isn't one of them! WC EDIT-- I will give you that the Kane right eye looks weird, but obviously not with sunglasses on, which was how he was originally posted & will always be displayed. Someone wanted to see him without the glasses, so I posted it. Even so, it just looks like he's squinting & angry

I love that Jesse it is fantastic looking and even with a critical eye I wouldn't change a thing. I think the Mr. Fuji looks a little odd because the head is a pretty different style but there really isn't much you could do about that. Fuji is put together very well. Nice job on both of them.

I'm not trying to stir the pot, but..... as I posted earlier...... I tried a Hogan head and it looked bad. I have been trying to find a head and IMO the Kane is tops thus far.

what the hell is everyones problem here? since i didnt know ventura .. (w/e).... based on that pic, id go with a khali! i know, it id intellectually- disabled but if you removed the hair it would be kinda cool...... based on the kane head, it does look awkward but on the pic you posted, it looks okay, just modding over the eye? i guess.??

WC Thanks for the comments guys!! Keep them coming! Thanks, I thought it might be and then later I studied a loose jacket piece in my kitchen and realised it was. A clever choice, because it matches the jacket it looks like Jakks made it. As for using a Hogan head, apart from the hair they don't look enough alike, Ventura didn't have the Hogan style moustache then either. The Kane head is a surprisingly good likeness, the features look like Ventura's even though it's not immediately obvious when it's on a Kane figure. If you choose heads just because they have the right hairstyle or a beard/moustache then you end up with things like that "Macho Man Randy Sabu" that I see everywhere. A Khali head would just be silly for Ventura, it's enormous anyway.

I think this Ventura is one of the best customs I've seen. It's clean, accurate (I'm an 80's WWF fan), and creative. This customizer exceeds the normal customs, (i.e. Savage/Sabu, Owen Hart/Kenny Spirit Squad, and the F'ING Hornswoggles that have been selling on ebay...note to customizers, removing the shin from an action figure does not make a midget...) I think this guy made excellent use of spare parts, and made a figure to "honor" a legend, rather than making a custom for a sake of an ebay dollar. WHO'S head is Fuji? JT
