I am I the only one to notice that they reused the elite 8 edge head on his new basic figure. But for some reason it looks a lot better than before. Maybe it's a slight retool.

I actually seriously would buy a flashback Yeti figure, the bandages version. Wrestlecrap characters would be a welcome inclusion into my figure collection, if they were bad enough to be remembered for it then they deserve a figure IMO. |

In this first render of the figure, it looks like he is getting a new scan. Very odd. Its possible that the E8 head was thrown on there just for ringside fest and the new head hasn't been produced yet? RENDER 1:  In this render, it has what looks to be a new headscan RENDER 2:  As you can see, In this render, this is the same render as the sami zayn basic figure shown at sdcc 2014. its just been recolored and an edge head crappily photoshoped onto it. PROTO SHOWN AT RSF:  At the event, the head is an E8 head repainted and possibly slightly retooled. |

I was fortunate enough to attend Ringside Fest. I purchased a Kevin Owen's ticket, however I mainly went to meet Bill. I got to chat w/ him for a few minutes and he signed our favorite figure. My girlfriend is upset w/ me because I didn't show him my display but I really just wanted shake his hand and tell him how much I appreciate his work. The figures look out of this world. I didn't know if we could get up close to them, so I was a little reserved at first. My favorite and standouts were Zayn, the sparkle on the title was crazy. Bobby Henan looks so good in person as well. Off the top of my head, I think I want about 14 figures.

I had a dream/nightmare last night that they pulled Big John Studd from the box set, and that they hd Gene Okerlund announce: "Representing Big John Studd, is his son..."  No more WM XX before bed for me, I think! Anyone else thinks it weird that JYD's daughter/granddaughter got booed? |

He was totally taken aback at me asking him to sign a figure. He even personalized it to me, which made it even more dope. We all collect for different reasons, personally, I couldn't afford acton figures growing up. My neighbors would share theirs w/ me, but I rarely had any of my own. So now being able to meet the man that helps me relive a little bit of my childhood was really special. |
