I personally am very pleased with the NOD elite 2 pack. I'd much rather receive a elite 2 pack of someone like that instead of a undertaker/lesnar or some sort 2 pack. Hopefully everyone with buy it just so we can look forward to more elite 2 packs in the future. Maybe a outsiders elite 2 pack will follow suit.

If we start getting too many repaints and 80s guys like the old Legends 2-packs then I can't see it lasting. Even too many early-90s stars I think would be risky as Mattel have already made a lot from that era. NOD is a good choice, but we need plenty more interesting teams, particularly from the Attitude era and WCW/NWO era, to kickstart the line with the strongest sales IMO. Interesting as in not made before, visually interesting, unique characters and gimmicks, etc... Harlem Heat and the Dudley Boyz would be good choices as we know they are signed to figure deals. Whereas teams like say the Twin Towers, Powers Of Pain, even Hart Foundation, wouldn't do as well in my opinion. |

The rate mattel is going with the elite line it's starting to look like jakks Classic superstars line as many flashbacks they're putting in series now. And no I'm not complaining at all.

Am I in the minority in that I don't really care WHO it is if it doesn't look good? I've wanted quality NOD figures since I was a kid, but in their current form I can't possibly call them quality.
Good figures are good figures regardless who they are, and I'll happily buy a good figure of something I don't particularly like, be it a movie or tv show or comic or whatever on the strength of it being a good figure. On the flipside, I can't bring myself to buy figures of properties I do like if I feel the figures aren't up to snuff. Like, I like Archer and all, but I think the recent Archer figures stink so I skipped them. I'd rather have no figure than a bad one, you know?
I just want everything to be beautiful, man.

As much as I'm looking forward to that Pillman/Ambrose set, I wish Pillman's hair was more like the tone used on his Legends figure. Seems a little off. I prefer the torso though.
Anyone else notice that the new Rollins head looks like Charlie Haas?

Elite 37 + 38 was available in the morning Elite 38 was available in the afternoon All elites were $25 Basics were $15 Battle packs were $25, and reduced to $20 right before the show ended DMs were $25, and reduced to $20 right before the show ended RSC Exclusives were $25 They were also handing out the DM Sting poster for free |

I'm really excited for the Walgreen's DX Shawn Michaels, the only thing that would've made that figure better for me was if it was his Summerslam 06 attire, but oh well its still a pick up for me.
