That isn working either as I have done it perfectly 4 times now. Next I will let them kill everyone. Ok It worked once I decided not to rescue the other prisoners. And I just got the Elite trophy for having an "S" Rank for all main missions. All that I have left to do now is... "Awakening" - Avoid an attack from the Man on Fire. And I need to unlock the Dispatch mission that gives the blueprint for the Bullhorn (?) OK I officially give up on the Awakenings sub mission. I have watched videos of this and read message boards on what to do. And it just isn't working for me. What I have done looks like what was done in the videos. But according to the box not getting checked off they keep saying I was attacked.

Yeah I figure once the last of the Key Dispatched missions are done all three trophies will unlock. I think I have two dispatch missions left as I am at 90% for them and I think each mission is 5%.

Congrats PJ. I've been slow burning the game. It's literally been me sitting in a helicopter for 3 days.

OK WTF is up with the ranking system in Ground Zero?! I just watched a video where the guy got an S rank with three retries and an alert where he took some damage. Yet I can't get higher than an A rank. And each time I have tried it I save one more prisoner than in the video I didn't take any damage and I either didn't have any retries or two fewer. It makes no sense. Twice I had one reflex and no retries. And twice I had 1 retry. Yet I only got an A rank each of the four times. I never triggered an alert like the guy in the video did either. It makes no sense to me. The only difference is they did it in 18 minutes and I do it in 40 minutes. So they are saying doing it faster while triggering alerts and taking damage is better than total stealth?

The ranking system really is screwed up. I just got the "S Rank" last time I tried. And that time I had actually been seen and shot as I got back to the LZ with Poz!

The soldiers alone will give you a huge boost in points. Where Chico is being held, bring all the prisoners to the cave where you bring Chico, then call for a helicopter. I think there's something like five guys including Chico?

The soldiers alone will give you a huge boost in points. Where Chico is being held, bring all the prisoners to the cave where you bring Chico, then call for a helicopter. I think there's something like five guys including Chico? Yes I had all those, plus a prisoner I found on the opposite side of the post. So when the mission is finished I was having 7 prisoners including Poz and Chico. The person in the video only had 6. I never let them know I rescued Poz yet in the video they would go on alert because they discovered she was missing. I would carry her back to the LZ sneaking through the shadows undetected without taking any damage in the mission. The video they jumped in the truck and drew fire where Snake would take damage. They finished in 18 minutes with six prisoners and three retries as well as being spotted and shot. The 4 times I did the mission I finished in 40-42 minutes with seven prisoners, no damage, no alarms or detections with one or no retries. Two of the four tries I had one retry, because the first time I tried the mission Snake fell out of the truck as it was heading to Poz's location. The second time I went to tranq someone and the gun didn't fire causing an alarm. The other two times I had no retries, but once during both missions I went to a reflex mode. The fifth time I tried the mission I turned reflex mode off in the options and made it all the way to the LZ without being detected. There I was spotted and I took one hit loading Poz onto the chopper. But that time I got an "S" Rank. Very odd because I would argue the four tries where I only got an "A" Rank were better stat wise. I can't believe triggering one reflex that still didn't set off an alarm drops you from an "S" to an "A" yet being detected, triggering an alarm, saving less prisoners and getting shot a few times while having three retries gets you an "S".

Its gotta be your time. The main, and only, mission of Ground Zeroes can be completed in about 12 minutes start to finish. This video does it in 20, their videos are usually pretty good. "Well, you gotta figure out the points breakdown first. Look at how many points you get and what rank with whatever run you can achieve, then add no kill bonus points, or no reflex bonus point, or prisoners saved, or in how much less time you can finish the mission. I think there's bonus points for escaped prisoners recovered. Some of the bonus points are: No alert: 5250 No kill: 3500 Prisoners rescued: 6 (21000) No retries (5250) I think you need 65,000 points for S rank. So pick and choose which bonus points you want and go for it. And abuse throwing magazines. Once an enemy thinks he saw something, diverting his attention with a magazine basically lets you off the hook. Unless he actually sees you."

Oh and have you seen & heard where your character from The Phantom Pain is in Ground Zeroes? Well you beat the game so its no secret.
Isn't it interesting that the Medic has Snakes voice just slowed down, oh yeah, and that's you...the Medic.
It's also part of my reasoning to when you said in the trailer it was funny he had the gun to his eye with the patch. Part of it is the angle of that scene, and part of it you see he has an eye there in the opening hospital scene, because in Metal Gear 3, the real Big Boss had his eye shot out.

I just figured he lost it in his hospital escape. Also I just finished the last trophy in Ground Zeroes. (The Unlocked trophy) so I have a question that has been bugging me for a few days now. Was this just a rerelease of a PS2 game with the better PS4/XBox graphics? Because there were a few scenes/scenarios that I know I have done in the past. Like avoiding the surveillance camera at the top of the stairwell. Or the ladder and catwalk leading to the bases top watchtower. I know I have done missions in the past tat used those same scenes/scenarios.
