Thanks again guys!
You know, Vince looks fine with the blue of JBL, nothing struck me as wrong per se but I definitely see more of JBL in that color combination.
The gray i perfect for Vince but I wanted him to look different than JBL. If you wanted just to do a quick swap it would still be fine.
And yup, Testors dullcoate. Its amazing. I use it on all of my marvel legends too. With those and the wrestlers, its an automatic thing, out of the package and dull coated.
Model Masters makes one too and it comes in either spray or paint on. You can buy it at a hoby shop that sells paints etc. Its about 3 or 4 bucks a bottle.
Latley I've been using spray since its all I can find since I moved to NY. Its nice because there are no strokes but you have to blow on the figure as soon as you coat it because air bubbles tend to form and. are noticeable when they dry.

Vince is great. So are the other ones, but the painting is very rough dude. Smoothen it out and you got some great ones.

Smooth and clean that is the key which you have nailed. The matte finish always makes a figure look better. I didn't start using matte finish until late in my game, so most of my old figures look glossy and I honestly can't stand to look at most of them. I would love to see more painting on the skin tones and what not.

Great Gonzo. That is something that I think could improve these figures to no end. Decent paint jobs could bring these things to life and I hate how Jakks cheaps out on what could be a great line and not just a decent line. I keep going back on fourth if I'll take the time to repaint them all but with my growing collection close to like 50 figures now I'm wanting to do it less and less.
I've been repainting all the hasbro Marvel Legends that have the same problem to match the toy biz ones and its annoying to have to do it with every line.
As for the Monty Brown head yes its from the ECW series three Marcus Cor Von. I like him as Monty too which is why I went with a straight classic TNA look as opposed to the gold WWE tights. Arm and Head from Corvon and body from Lashley (lashley has a tattoo on his arm so i needed to swap out the arm too).
