That's where you're wrong, there is no "character" here. I don't like you, I don't like your friends and I don't like about 99% of this board. I don't need to cut a promo to tell you all how much I hate you. You all walk around talking crap all the time, thinking you're better then me. It's either people who haven't done crap or all these losers talking about the good old days. This place is garbage and everyone who comes here is garbage. I don't need to be reminded about how great this board used to be, just like how I don't need a bunch of guys telling me what to do or how to do things. These aren't just tiny plastic men, these are how I make a majority of my money, and believe me I make a lot of it, so when i get the opportunity to make something for fun I'd like it to be just that, fun. If people picking their own stipuations doesn't work out, I will pick them all, period, end of story. If you don't like it, you don't compete. I think for the next PPV after SNME, you should pick out the stips for people. If they don't like it, tough luck. |

I wish I had a title. Then I could make everyone make old-school NWA customs. ;D you dont even compete?!?!?! Dude, it was just a joke. I'm not sure I'd like competing. A better way of saying it is that I don't know whether competing would make customizing more or less fun for me. I like being a fan and learning from other customizers. I haven't ruled out competing, but, like I said, my post was just intended to be a funny follow up to Gate's rant. Speaking of which, I hope this is just Gate bringing back kayfabe (which I really miss). |

I guess I don't make nearly enough customs to live off the earnings. Usually I sell customs just for some cash on the side, but that's it really. I didn't mean to offend anyone, but I figured he talking about Ebay sales, and it actually slipped my mind that he does orders. Whatever. Regardless, I didn't think his Ebay sales are no where enough to live off of unless you're Skribbel. But yes, orders probably rake in a pretty penny.

As someone who regularly watches the ebay auctions, i can tell you Gate does extremely well. Skribble does i believe two customs per week generally, and averages a hundred or more on them. Gate does 5-6 a week and averages between 40-60...that's not a bad amount. Add to that the number of orders he does per week and a single guy could easily make a living that way.
