Wait for it.... WAIT FOR IT.... God, I love that. Anyways, the custom isn't too bad. I mean I know who he is and all, but I haven't seen many of his matches, but it looks good for what it's worth. I'm not too into the head though. Whose head is that anyways?

Would you believe that its an Arn Anderson head? Couldn't tell. It's not your fault, but I hate how on Jakks fat torsos, the head is always looking down. I remember someone did something in the past to their Trevor Murdoch to fix that.

I like the head, I think it looks like him. I'm not a huge fan on using that fat body for him, I would've(and did) used a HW(Dibiase?) torso. I think it's great for him, thick but not too fat. I love the kneepads, you nailed them. I would've liked to have seen you do the white boots with the red flames at the bottom and the skull and cross bones with "DEATH" on the side. Excellent box as well. Great job, I hope you make some good money with it.

It's refreshing to see someone that isn't made much and this Dr. Death was pulled off nicely too. The parts work well for him, I like that head for Steve Williams. The painting all seems nice and smooth, hope it sells good for you.

Personally, i wouldn't have made him from that era. Aside from personal preference it looks great. you did a really good job, and the parts choice was great.

I like it, but it reminds me more of Gary Albright

I wouldn't have guessed that you used an Arn head. With your reworking, it really does look like Doc, I think.
I'm actually glad to see that you did the attire from the era you did. Very original.

Thanks for all the feedback. I did put the skull and crossbones on the boots, but didn't get a picture. I'll try to get him out of the package to get a picture.
As far as the heads looking down on the fat torsos, any help with that would be greatly appreciated. If I can't correct it on my Trevor Murdoch, he'll be goin' to custom heaven.

As far as the heads looking down on the fat torsos, any help with that would be greatly appreciated. If I can't correct it on my Trevor Murdoch, he'll be goin' to custom heaven. Pop the head off. The neck shoots forward. Take a file and sand the back of the neck down, making it level, and pop the head back on. I did this with Murdoch, Neidhart, Balls, Brawler, etc. Anyone with that head problem can be fixed this way. It's a very simple solution. I hope I explained it clear enough. Has anyone else done this?

I was a little hesitant to use a DiBiase or a Hacksaw head because if I had packaged Dr. Death with either of them as a two-pack, it would have looked a little awkward for me. Thanks again for your comments.

It's a very easy fix for an ongoing Jakks problem, though.

Not bad. Could use a little better paint job but I really like the idea and where you were going with it. Damn I wish Jakks would releases a figure like this.
