other than the edge head I think it looks pretty good.

I think its a good attempt. But, your choice of heads is poor. Try a modded Charlie Haas head. Also, the color scheme is a poor choice. Hero never wore blue on yellow. His yellow pants also had logos on them and they are missing. The Hero logo on his chest needs major work as well. And a ball chain necklace would be a nice touch.

That pants dont really work because of the belt and the big baggy pockets.
