 Well Next up guys is my second of ten summerslam ticket custom. he is Ricky Steamboat.  hi guys, well since I'm now out of work do to a fall out, I have a lot of time on my hands, so with some great inspiration from a member here by the name of HM, I have decided to do a set of 10 customs around the theme of Sumerslam tickets. Well the first 1 I did was a custom I did for my self awhile back. The Godfather I loved the Godfathers gimmick, it made me laugh and was really disappointed with the CS figure he got, so i decided to do my own and I'm very pleased with it. Although it may not be a 100% custom I wanted this little venture to start with a great all round figure. He is completely playable and he will be sold MOC on ebay so without further ado my godfather... Full pics of the ticket will be up shortly. Very nice work there Jay, I know it's simple but it all works really nice for the Godfather. Great part choices, a fine fix up  |

I'm a big fan of your work, but this is really just a hair more than a parts switch. It looks like you put a Godfather head on a Papa Shango torso with some Freddie Blassie legs. I like it, don't get me wrong, but I think it's too simple.

looks pretty good. but even though they are part switches, it's still a custom to me. also where is your summerslam ticket?

It's simple, but I like it. This custom is pretty much how I think of the Godfather when I hear about him.

It's simple but effective and a lot more accurate than his CS9 fig. I really like the hat you made him.

Yay i have a fan.. thanks mate you made my day seriously. yes you are true, it is more of a fix up but it does state at the top i know its nt a 100% custom but i want this little venture to start with a good all round figure, and by the responce i have had so far, I think people are happy with the sumerslam starter, so to say lol.. thanks for all the comments, the ticket pic will be up shortly and the next figure will be Ricky steam boat. which will be up in 7 days time. |
