Hey, I just saw the blue Chris Benoit (Ring Fighters?) variant in an auction on ebay and came back the wfigs to find info on it. I see that you've got one in your collection. Any idea where the variant is from? I've never seen it before, until today.

I did not start collecting these until late 2009. There are some who have collected them longer than I have and they may have an answer. There is not a lot of information out there on Toybiz. I have been searching for a checklist of any sorts for years. The database here has less than I do and the sites about wrestling figures that I have found on line have less as well. |

Its cool seeing something like that, that I've never seen before, so many years later. Toybiz has all kinds of variants in the various sub lines. It can be packaging color or logo differences, packaging figure pose differences, paint differences on figures in the same sub line and even things like the fringe on Nash's pants being a different color. |

Thank you. It has been a long process getting here, but I am getting closer to getting it completed. The Buddy-like figures are going to be a chore, particularly since they take up a ton of storage room. I also need some possible variants that I am not even sure if they exist in the Brawlin Bikers and Bend N Flex sub lines. |

Wow. Nice to take a trip down memory lane. I'll never forget the day I found these at Toys R Us and not knowing about them. I was like 8 years old and didn't have a computer yet. I got Wolfpac Sting and DDP and went back a few days latter for Hogan and Macho Man. Didn't have many of the figures. I know I had Goldberg too but I think that's it.

Does anyone collect these loose.? I have 30 at the moment. Always played with these as a kid opposed too BCA.
Great collection to see them boxed, that Hogan v Flair pack is the best figure set I've ever seen.

Great collection. Which is your favorite series? Thanks. Smash & Slam is probably the most favorite, but Power Slam, Bash at the Beach and Ring Masters are all up there and I like just about every figure. |

I have spent somewhere in the vicinity of 12 hours so far over the past few weekends downloading my photos from Toybiz, Justoys and OSFTM (as well as other lines - 1700+ photos) as well as the other lines I have collected in an effort to revive these three threads since I am not about to pay $400 to display photos. I have just about finished with Toybiz, but I noticed that I am missing at least one photo I wanted in there. It may take me a few more weeks to get them all done. Stay tuned! |
