I'm not convinced they'll get past the usual 6 or so characters. Cage will be next in 2016, maybe Kano and Kang

I will likely pick these up... I hope they keep the numbers low, cause if the release to many I'm done... Lol, but these 3 are and excellent start

I hope we finally get figures made for characters who never even got a figure. I'm definitely buying these though.

They look really good actually.
Raiden is super detailed although I am pretty sure that is a proto so I doubt it will look that great MOC.

These look pretty good, but then it would never take much to beat Jazwares. I really wish Mezco or another company would make some high quality CLASSIC styled MK figures though. I'm a big fan of the original trilogy and would love collector figures of all the characters, accurate to the original costumes and actors, as my interest in the current games/character styles is pretty low.

These look pretty amazing from what I can tell. I had a couple of the Jazwares produced figs and they were meh. I mainly liked them because they were MK.

With these being made by Mezco, I expect 1) they won't have much articulation, and 2) they won't get very deep in the roster. Just par for the course for them.

Sucks to hear about these probably not having tons of articulation, and that probably also dashes my hopes of limbs being able to pop off for fatalities!
Still, I want at least these three!

These are up for pre order on that big and bad toy store.
About $18 each. I will wait for the MOC pics before I pull the trigger

I was such a giant Mortal Kombat fan back in the mid-late 90's. Even early 2000's.. I had the old GI JOE style Mortal Kombat toys, like the first ones to ever come out.. And then I got PUMPED when I found out they were finally releasing a new toy line called 'Mortal Kombat Trilogy'. I thought to myself "finally I'll get Cyrax, Jax, Shao Khan, Kitana, Sektor, Sheeva, Baraka, Rain, Ermac, Nightwolf, Kabal, Stryker!".. And in all my toy searches, all across the state.. I only found Raiden, Sonya Blade, mask-less Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Johnny Cage, and Lui Kang... They weren't even the same size as the original line.. They were like 2 inches bigger.. I was so disappointed that I got out of Mortal Kombat.. Stopped playing with the toys, rarely played the game.. Just got over it. I was THAT let down.. Over 2 years later I found Cyrax and Jade at a KB Toys in Louisville.. I was so goddamn pissed that I didn't even buy them. I'll never know what happened there. Same card, same series, completely different line up, 2 years apart.. If the Mortal Kombat toys that are around today, would have been around when I was 8 through 11.. I would have been crying tears of pure joy. They were some of my favorite toys as a kid.. And the MK toys today look so so good. But these new ones look better, and if they ever release a Motaro.. He's mine. No s will be given.

They look great, but I'm hoping we'll eventually get figures based on the first couple of games. Those are the designs that I grew up with and love. These are cool, but overly complicated to me.

Any news on these, I'm guessing we will get MOC pics at toy fair and maybe even series lists.
