Pickering TRU now also has all of Elite 28, but they're just sitting on a top shelf (look way up!). What they do have on pegs are Elite 26 Big E and an Elite 25 Bruno Sammartino. Oh, and the Triple H elite exclusive is on sale. Blah.

It might not ship alot but it does ship some. If the product has the prime logo beside the price, it'll ship to Canada. Look for "fullfilled by Amazon" on the product page and you'll get a better shipping rate and may not even pay taxes on it. I just received my order of Elite 29 Harper, Rowan, and Punk, for a great price, paid no taxes on it, and less than $7 on import fees!!

I attended the Eugene signing in Woodbridge today.

Not sure if anyone remembers, but at the Woodbridge Heroes Fest in August, my post said that they were disorganized. Once again, it seemed like no one knew what was happening.

When we walked in, there was no line at all and Eugene was all the way in the back of the store. The lady in the front of the store asked if we needed any help, to which I said that we were here for the signing. She told me I needed to purchase my tickets at the cash register, and I followed her so I could buy them. I explained that I want two autographs and a picture. She tells me that each item is $25. What?! $25 for a guy like Eugene? Yeah right! I showed her the ad on my phone and it said Autographs and Photos are $15 each, and a combo (photo-op and autograph) would be $25. She then asked the manager(?) to confirm prices and yes the ad I had was correct.

I thought this little mishap was finished with, but I was completely wrong. A combo is an autograph and photo-op, according to the ad. Is there anything hard to understand about that? Apparently, yes. I had to explain a million times that I have my own item to get signed and wanted a photo-op. That is a combo and yet, they wouldn't let me do it. They explained that I had to buy their own picture to get signed for $25, and the photo-op would come with it. Basically, they would not let me apply the combo deal if I had my own item, which is ridiculous. There is no mention on the ad/poster that I have to buy their own picture.

Frustrated, I gave in and just paid the $30 for two autographs and no photo-op. When I explained that I also wanted a photo-op, they kept on saying that I have to buy their picture for $25. It was literally like talking to a wall.



They give me my two tickets and I go to the back of the store and meet Eugene. While the staff at the signing sucked, Eugene did not. He was pretty cool and talkative. Before he signed my stuff, he posed for a picture with me(the staff being difficult to deal with ended up saving me $10). The handler didn't even check/collect my tickets until after he signed my stuff. Anyways, I ask him to sign using my red marker, to which he responded "of course". As he signed, he mentioned "oooh! This is a really nice red!". I then open up my encyclopedia, and he signed that too. He then looked at the photo of Eve on the next page. He pointed at it, then pointed at me, then winked lol. He asked if it was still cold outside and I told him "yes, and it's still snowing!". He responded, "Oh really?! I wonder why!".. and I joke, it's because you're here!". Eugene continued: "Yeah.. I probably brought it with me! You know, I live in Florida, and just yesterday it was 85 degrees and I was in my pool!" We laugh and I thank him, and he thanks me then my dad and I leave.

I already have the Bret Hart tape, but I dropped my copy one time and broke the actual tape. One value village actually had a bunch of figures. They were in HORRIBLE shape though! A headless Tyson Kidd, a Vladimir Kozlov with full-on makeup and an LJN White Shirt Hogan that's nearly naked...


I actually also went to the Mattel Outlet Store in Mississauga and picked these up from the Clearance section:


Cesaro was $15, but anything on the Clearance shelf was 50% off, making it $7.50.


They also this Christmas gift package, which had Bray Wyatt and RVD in one bag:






The bag itself was $12, but it was on the clearance shelf, so it came to $6 combined for both figures! I already have them, so they'll be going to my loose collection. It's been a while since I've opened figures, so I had some difficulty getting them out of their bubble lol

One or two more each of Cesaro and B41 Bray Wyatt. Other than that, same old stuff they had back in July. The Brawlin' Buddies were only $10. I thought that was a pretty good deal.

Heres what happened to me that lead me to believe that amazon doesn't ship toys to Canada anymore.

I read this on the Fwoosh Star Wars forum;

Frickin' Amazon. All of a sudden, they're no longer shipping toys outside the US??? Is it just me? >_<

I received an order a week ago containing Chewie, Stormtroopers and a DCC Superman. Now, no figures from those lines will ship to me. This sucks.

I was all over getting figures over the past few months, it's been an amazing way of gathering figures that just don't show up here. This makes me very sad.

I was surprised, so I went on amazon and ordered a SWBS 6" fig, just like I did a few weeks ago with my Stormtroopers. When I went to check it out, it basically said it couldn't ship it to me.

So the same figure I bought 2 weeks ago now doesn't ship to me. Odd.
