My TRU does.
I think it depends on the actual store and how updated their registers are.

You could always get the Paypal debt card they offer now. I think the card is more safer and better.

The store I work at does. It only works with one of the Paypal cards though. You can't tell the store your Paypal info and have them deduct the money.

What's the point? Am I missing something? Because Paypal is essentially just paying with a card tied to the account, which you more than likely are carrying. It doesn't make any sense to me, but it's interesting.

Sounds like some fraud waiting to happen. How you figure? Your personal info is never revealed using paypal. I been using PayPal for almost 2 years now and I have never had issues. Why do you feel this way can you elaborate?

Why do you feel this way can you elaborate? I don't feel anything because I've never used PayPal at a retail store, but OP mentions exposing your email address and password which in turn opens the possibility of becoming a victim of fraud. Maybe you didn't read the entire post and are referring to eBay purchases.

My store only accepts PayPals credit/debit cards that deducts from your PayPal account. I don't think any place would actually make you give them your password to pay for something.

I don't think any place would actually make you give them your password to pay for something. I didn't realize it was just for paypal cards..if that's so, then it's even more confusing to me why you'd use a card for an account that has to have a credit card or bank account attached to it. Why go through the extra step? Oh well.. But you can also have PayPal funds from selling on eBay or likewise. You could also be sent funds from family members so that there wouldn't be a need to use funds from a debit/credit/bank account. That's where the PayPal card comes into play.
