The Main Event!
Champion vs. Champion
Dex vs. Joe Bishop
As WFWF heads towards the greatest venue in all of wrestling Dex edges ever closer to his first defence of the WFWF World Heavyweight Championship against Trace Demon. Now Trace Demon won’t be wrestling this show, something nonsensical about not bowing down to the man despite owning the company, but that doesn’t mean Dex doesn’t have to worry. While Trace Demon will inevitably be waiting in the wings Dex will have to face his Final Revolution ally Joe Bishop. This is much more than just a clash of the champions as the WFWF World Heavyweight Champion faces the WFWF International Champion, it’s a question of survival. Dex doesn’t just need to think about winning, he’s got to make sure that he goes into Battle at the Garden as close to one hundred per cent as possible. Joe Bishop’s mission will be clear – dismantle, hurt and injure the WFWF Champion before he even makes it to the pay-per-view. Can Dex possibly expect to make it out unharmed or will Trace Demon have an easy path back to the title?
A Look at the Future?
Dave Demento vs. Josh Dean
Last week Dave Demento teamed up with relative newcomer Johnny Magnum to take on The Final Revolution. Needless to say both men stepped up to the mark and Magnum especially showed he's here to show the world what he is capable of. It was Demento though who felt the true tenacity of The Final Revolution, losing the match to a wooden spike rather than Trace Demon himself. Some separation has been created between the two warring parties this week with Trace Demon not appearing on the card at all, leaving us with a proper, above board wrestling match between two men on the cusp of making the step up to main event level. Joshua Dean himself had a tough night at Twisted with an impromptu match against Phillip Schneider, one neither he nor the world was prepared for, and perhaps an insight into what we might be treated to at 'Battle at the Garden'. This match grants the opportunity for either man to get his head above water and show that he is the next big thing in the WFWF.
The Golden and the Old'un
Jason Garrett vs. Drakz
Week after week our disbelief at Drakz's new outlook is slightly dispelled as he continues to show he's turned over a new leaf. Last week Drakz went toe to toe with Cameron Stone in the main event, a match which marked the end of Stone's in ring career, and it did not disappoint. Both men were impressive in their scoring of falls however in the end Drakz came out on top. The opponents celebrated together and a mutual respect was evident. This all came to a rather abrupt end though as 'The Golden Boy' Jason Garrett took the initiative to come through the crowd and plant a series of chair shots to Drakz's head. It's no secret that Drakz has been telling Garrett he needs to learn some manners ever since Superbrawl, but now it seems Garrett has had enough of his doubters and through taking matters into his own hands he's landed himself in a one on one showdown with The "God" Slayer.
WFWF National Championship Semi Final
Justin Tyger vs. Johnny Magnum
In the one and only semi-final bout in the WFWF National Championship tournament two of the hottest up-and-comers clash for the right to claim their first piece of WFWF gold. Now calling Justin Tyger an up-and-comer might be a bit of a disservice, a veteran who has wrestled around the world Justin Tyger is as experienced as they come and you just know that he’d love to add another piece of gold to his already sizable collection. On the other side of things Johnny Magnum is a new face to the WFWF crowd but has tasted some success elsewhere, however since debuting he’s also tasted a bit of his own blood. Last week Johnny Magnum became an unwilling victim in The Final Revolution’s war on Lila Sleater, something he certainly isn’t impressed by. He’ll be looking to bounce back and there’s no better way to do exactly that than to book yourself a title match and that’s exactly what both of these two men have the chance to do, they’ve just got to topple the other to do it.
The Dragon, the Giant, the Rising Star and the Toughest Girl in Town
Tugarin Zmey & Devilkiller vs. Kyle Matthews & Penny Shannon
Tugarin Zmey has crushed all of those who have stood before him so far in his short tenure in the WFWF, however it seems to have been rather frantic and without direction. As of last week though DMK announced Zmey now has a very specific target and that is Kyle Matthews. Kyle Matthews broke out on 'Twisted' with a hard earned victory over the man who holds the record for the longest reign as National Champion, Devilkiller, but how will he make the transition from fighting one giant at 6'6" to a giant dwarfing dragon at 7'1"?! He's about to find out as he teams up with a returning Penny Shannon, a girl who's not been heard from since her bloody no holds fight with Cameron Stone at Superbrawl. And teaming up with Zmey? Well it's the same man Kyle managed to beat last show, a man who is no doubt looking for retribution, Devilkiller. This match is quite the spectacle with one team's combined weight scraping 332lbs while the other sits over double that at 685lbs!
WFWF National Championship Four Way Eliminator
Axel Thornstowe vs. ACM vs. Ron Mexico vs. Shapiro
Don’t ever let it be said that the WFWF doesn’t give young stars an opportunity to shine on a grand stage. As announced on WFWF.COM this week as a result of Phillip Schneider’s actions last week there were only three semi-finalists in the National Championship tournament. As a result Nikki Dean received a bye to the final, Justin Tyger and Johnny Magnum duke it out for the second spot and these four men will get one chance to impress and gain themselves a surprising third spot in that National Championship match at Battle at the Garden. Not a great deal is known about these four, they’re all relatively new faces to the WFWF and they’re all looking for their chance to shine. And if there was ever a better chance to shine than winning your first piece of gold in wrestling’s most historic arena, we haven’t heard of it.
This is How You Start a Show!
Nikki Dean vs. Daniel Kirkbride
What, you thought that just because she’s gotten a bye to the final of the WFWF National Championship tournament that she’d get an easy week? Please, this is the WFWF fools, there’s no such thing as an easy week. Both Nikki Dean and Daniel Kirkbride made their debuts last week and not only were they both successful but they were both highly impressive in the process. Nikki, despite her obvious connection to Josh Dean, wants to make it on her own and is seekng to do that by becoming the WFWF National Champion. She’s already booked herself that chance but before she can get to it she’s got Daniel Kirkbride to contend with. We still don’t know much about Daniel Kirkbride beyond him being a man of faith, something that is sure to conflict with… well, just about everybody else in the WFWF but that won’t stop him trying to continue his roll.

A Chance to Prove your Worth
Ante Whitner vs. Gabriel Black vs. R.J.Wilson
Last week's pre-show match set the bar pretty high and this week's aims to match it with three new comers to the WFWF facing off. Gabriel Black and R.J.Wilson have both been around the block a few times but this is their first taste of the big leagues, where as Ante Francis Whitner III, well very little is known about him as of yet. This is an opportunity to bag a slot on the Pay Per View card and it will be their performances here that decide just where on the 'Battle at the Garden' card they will sit.
