As sweet as the figure is, I don't think its going to be a retail figure yet. Its safe to say Kmart jumped the gun with this listing since we have no official word from RSC or Mattel.
By looking at this figure, I'm going to say we are looking at 1 of Mattel's SDCC exclusives. The timing to announce is right since toy companies have started showing off what's going to he available. Plus the level of detail on the robe plus the feathers just screams DM, but since the line is over I'm thinking an exclusive. We will probably get a retail Flair soon after but with a different robe design.
If I'm wrong then I'm wrong but this screams SDCC to me
