mattel guy said they will never make an Elite Khali...which is weird ...I always thought this was a bit strange - I mean he's been on the roster the entire time and had 5 Basic figures (6 if you count the forthcoming Series 40 one). Some people say he shouldn't have an Elite figure because he doesn't need the extra articulation... I don't really think that's the point though (look at Andre The Giant). It would have been cool to have an Elite Khali (especially for Elite-only collectors)... maybe they could have made him with detailed cloth-pants (instead of the Basic plastic ones)? Maybe because its pretty much guaranteed they would have an elite body mold used only for him. And although there are others that have there own mold (Big Show comes to mind), Khali isnt nearly as profitable or as high up on the roster as a guy like Big Show. |

I'm excited for thee flashbacks. I'm guessing we'll get the classic red/black,tough I'd be happy with the Wrestlemania VII or Sumerslam 92 gear as well. Also, I'm hoping we get hawk with the Cena torso and Animal with the Brock torso. Either way, I'm psyched.
Lastly, how do we already have this line up without seeing the E28 protos? We now have three series we're not seeing. I hope we get some pics soon.

We had a poll on here months back to determine what attire Lugar would be in......USA Lex won and Bill mentioned he would be coming with a bit of longer hair to get best of both worlds...

If Lex was NWA or WCW I'd get him for sure, but he's a definite pass.
I'll get Ryback if he has a new torso and legs.
Otherwise just LOD for me.

Mattel straight up said khali is as articulated as he can get in basic form. And that they'd never waste time trying to make an elite as it would not come out anywhere near as good as the basic. |

LOD is a must. Luger is a maybe depending on what he turns out. The others are mostly a pass. Especially if money is tight that month and I can only get two figures from the assortment.

Nice to get this confirmed. Absolutely cannot wait to see protos me too ! Protos will certainly make or break my interest in the set. Luger would be cool as the narcissist ... and would be even better if he had a mirror accessory ! =) |
