Austin put it to the rest of the field back to back days. I wish Chase couldve gotten another win this weekend but 2nd and 4th not bad. I don't know what made me think of it but before that last restart 1st,2nd,and 3rd was all ex Brad K truck drivers and now they been driving this good for different teams and throw in Reddick and how he's been performing as a rookie in Cup. Keselowski really was good at finding talented drivers. I always thought Hemric was the best of the bunch but it seems like he could've been the worse with how the other three been doing

Good for Cole. SHR had some muscle all day.
I'm guessing Brad ruined NASCAR's plans tho...

What a finish and great race. That was one of the best green white checker I've seen . So happy Cole got it done didn't think he had a shot at it with the four guys on the first two rows. Didn't notice until little after the race but Cole passed 4 past champions in that last two laps. He had a rough start to the year but back to back top 5's and a win like this shows Stewart and Hass made a great decision bringing him to cup this early.

Wanted to see Reddick make it back to back wins for the rookie class but he came up a little short.

Austin Dillon wins because a guy tries to pit from the grandstands, tires didn't mean crap, and clean air > having fast cars and good drivers. Cup Series is an absolute joke at this point. And yet somehow people will still defend the current on-track product that is getting it's doors blown off by the two "lower series" on a weekly basis.

Hate it that Harvick let that one get away but after the race He had I'm just glad he had a shot at it. So happy that Aric and Cole is running the way they are it was a rough start to Cole's year but a win,5th and 7th in the last four races are awesome.

I just found out today that JR Motorsports uses Mac Tools. Dale Sr. is probably rolling in his grave since DEI used Snap-on Tools. I find it ironic that after Dale Jr. had several special limited edition Snap-on products, he would go to be associated with their competitors. I'm just throwing that out there.

I tried scanning my old Snap-on Catalog featuring all of the Dale Jr limited edition items but my scanner wasn't working right. Here's some Snap-on Dale Jr commemorative items they offered. I have no idea why his team uses Mac Tools. It seems that a majority of NASCAR teams seem to use that brand. Snap-on has been around 100 years. Mac Tools have been around for 82 years. RCR was partnered with Snap-on, I can't find any info if they still are or not. Penske uses Snap-on.

Sounds like 7 time is having cold feet about retiring. Hope he comes back one more whole year instead of half.
Didn't seem like anybody had anything for the 2 and 11 but I was hoping for a caution there at the end to give Harvick a shot at the win but it was still a good day for Stewart Haas. Aric,Kevin and Cole have had a great month and Bowyer staying 40-50 point above the cutoff hopefully all four gets in the olayoffs.

After his third win Brad signed a one year extension. I guess there goes the rumors of him taking JJ's ride. If Johnson does retire and Hendrick doesn't shut down the 4th team it's gonna be real interesting who gets the #48 Bubba,Gragson,Jones or maybe Reddick? I know it's a real slim chance but I would love to see Hemric get another shot at Cup, I think he's just as talented as any of these younger drivers out there now. He just had a bad rookie year and Childress didn't wanna lose Reddick so Hemric didn't get a chance to improve.

Leavine Family Racing has been sold and will cease operations at the end of the season. Difficulties during the pandemic were cited as the reasons. The team is currently fielding the #95 Toyota driven by Christopher Bell in an affiliation with JGR.
Speaking of, Erik Jones will not return to the 20 in 2021.
10/14 EDIT: Easy prediction, but Bell will take over the 20. SPIRE Motorsports has purchased the charter and assets from LFR's 95, and plans to run a second car in 2021.

Some good races yesterday and today so happy for Zane in the Truck race you can tell how much being a winner in the sport meant to him it was awesome to see. I'm glad Happy tied Hamlin for the win total hopefully he can go into the Chase with a little point lead but it was a rough race for the rest of the SHR cars Clint gotta do better then this if he's gonna make the Chase with all the great talent and cars behind him within striking distance.

Great weekend for Happy he got his two wins, stretched his points lead, kept Denny and Brad from getting playoff points but more then anything he got 13 playoff points hiself. Aric bounced back and Bowyer did just enough to get a decent point lead over cutoff but Cole had a rough weekend hopes he bounces back.
Silly season should be very interesting this year some good drivers and couple good teams up for grabs. Seems like Bubba is staying or going to the 42,Bell seems like a guarantee for the 20,where the great Xfinity drivers going Cindric and Briscoe and whatever gonna happen to the 48 is 7X coming back full of part time like the fans are wanting or is there where Jones or Gragson might be headed or shutting down the 4th Hendrick team then if SHR is gonna make any moves like bringing back Larson, bringing up Chase or Erik Jones coming in if they do make a switch with Bowyer or Alimorla. It's gonna be really fun to watch it all

I've been busy hanging up a bunch of autographed hero cards my coworker gave me. Some of them are 9x6 and I need frames for them. I have a lot more that needs to be framed and hung on the wall.

Austin Dillon will miss tomorrow's Cup race at the Daytona road course after reporting a positive test to his team. Kaz Grala will fill in for the race.
