I ran out of paint and I was wondering what else could I use of tattoos?

the print outs so its just paper do you just glue them to the figs

Don't use printouts. Use a ballpoint pen and after you have it drawn on the figure give it a little clear coat and the tattoo won't rub off. If you want to really go into detail, I use a caligraphy pen. They are like $2 in the WalMart craft department.
