My bro at school is going to be pleased indeed. Didn't watch the race, but sounded good.

I still love watching it, but I was wondering if I was only member here that missed the tandem drafting at Daytona? This will be my first season posting in here--I was wondering on how acceptable it is to bash drivers you don't like, and how do people take it? I don't plan of going off the rails and tearing any driver up, I was just curious if people are cool with the general, "I hate Blah Blah! Turned down on purpose what an a-hole!" I thought the tandem drafting was kinda cool. The fact you couldnt get 3+ more cars to work but 2 cars could do anything, anywhere on the track was really cool. I like pack racing too though because of the wrecks. I feel like we're more in the middle now with a lot of single file racing which is boring. You can usually bash any driver you want. Except Kyle Busch. Some (a) member here believes he apparently does nothing wrong. Hello, is me that you're looking for? You're way off base bruh. However, glad to see you're always thinking about your friend SodaGuy. ---- I couldn't stick around for the six hour rain delay so I watched the finish from the comfort of my couch. Yeah.. glad I came home because seeing Kyle get hooked off four would have sucked ten times more after sitting in the rain for six hours.

QUESTION Watch the last lap of the 500, Jeff Gordon clearly finishes ahead of Keselowski, yet Gordon is listed as finishing 4th, instead he should be listed as third? What gives? Every website has Gordon in fourth when he CLEARLY crossed the line third.

So dumb when they do that. It should Be a race to the checker if the wreck happened in back. Still say that's how mark Martin got screwed out of winning it

Never been a big NASCAR fan, but I will say I couldn't think of a more fitting end to that race than with Junior winning.

Whoever they want to take it I highly doubt NASCAR wanted Jamie McMurray to win more than Dale Jr. I doubt it was the fact a car was flying through the air, it was just because they wanted Jamie to win.

Yeah, the whole car being IN THE AIR infront of the ENTIRE FIELD wasn't an issue at Talladega.. nope. NASCAR just wanted Jamie to win!

I'm a Harvick fan, but I gotta say I was pretty stoked for that finish. Great to see Jr. start the season right.. Also, my girlfriend loves Jr. so she was almost in tears--it was pretty cute. Also, this is a girl that before I started dating her she didn't give a crap about sports and now can follow a baseball game (and have her own favorite players), watches wrestling with me, and has her own favorite driver--I'm pretty lucky.

It should have been green to the finish. Yeah, because Austin nor Casey could have never been injured and needed medical attention. They both took hard hits - including a frontal impact by Casey - that could have hurt either of them. You can't take that for granted because OH MY GAWD DALE WOULD HAVE WON because even that might not have happened.

Well back in 2001 Daytona 500, they raced back to the line and finished under green, at Cali last year when Hamlin got hurt, they raced back to the line. Drivers know it is a dangerous sport and they know the consequences of what could happen, let the boys have it.

They threw the caution and the race finished under yellow. You brushing off the potential for injury in the sport shows your ignorance.

I'd love to know logic on this. If nascsr didn't wanna fix this race. Martin had the in thing won and they decided to stay green? Gimme a break.

You guys do realize 2001 was 13 years ago and 2007 was 7 years ago? Shockingly, rules and people who make the calls do change.
BAH GAWD THEY MADE A CALL IN 2014 THAT THEY DIDN'T MAKE IN 2007 OR 2001 OR 1987 HOW STUPID ARE THEY.
