I'd keep them all except retire the divas and bring back the womens and make a whole new design for the Tag titles.

US: Same
TAG: Old Raw belts (World tag team championships)
Divas: Womens Title belt, or at least make a new design that looks less of a joke than the current design. Atm it looks like a tramp stamp.

I would bring back the Winged Eagle belt from the late 80's early 90's.

I'd bring back the Winged Eagle, but have the the text retooled and reworded.
I'd use the WCW US Belt.
And retire the Divas and give them a new one... everything else can stay. The classic IC belt it still my favorite belt of all time. The attitude era one always felt too small and like it was obviously a much lesser title; the European title even felt more important.
