My friend and I may be going to the next show now that I told him AJ vs Hero is main eventing. Hopefully Gargano, SSB, Iron, and Monster Mafia are booked too.

I can't goto the next one because my brother bought tickets for the marleys that day and I have no ride ...

I just posted on what I thought you should do with the statue. I wouldn't open it. Especially if it was very expensive. It could get knocked over and break or whatever and then you'd be kicking yourself in the ass for opening it. If it's that limited to only 750 in the world and if you paid a lot for it, keep it in the box. If people want to see it loose, let them spend the money and do it. Resist the urge to open it and just keep it displayed in the box. That's good enough.

I also have small kids at home and there is always a possibility of it getting damaged. Also for that price and because it's so limited I just can't get myself to open it. It still looks awesome in the box. I honestly think that over time the value will increase.

^ The rarity alone will get that statue to go up in value, where-as a loose one would not. A loose one could get damaged and lose some of the accessories and go on down the line from there.
My rarest figure right now is the WWE Classic Superstars "Red Tights" "Superstar" Billy Graham, which I have packed away in storage and is apparently limited to only 500, so I've heard. Whether that number is true or not, I have no idea. That's just what I've heard.
Next to that one, my rarest figure is a MOC 2007 G.I. Joe 25th Anniversary figure of "Rowdy" Roddy Piper which is limited to only 1000 and I'm one of that 1000 people in the world that has one. That's pretty limited, if you ask me. Have you seen what that figure fetches for on eBay?? I paid $80 for mine and I'm so glad I got it at that time because there isn't a place in this world where you can get it for what I paid for it.
Keep it in the box for a year, and just see if the value goes up. I'm pretty confident it most certainly will. I'm sure between now and then, the value of a sealed boxed one will probably double or triple in value, just due to the rarity alone.

The most rare figures that I have include a few 1 of 3000 jakks classics. I also have the 1 of 1000 rocky bronze figure. I've got a few ljn moc figures which are signed as well. That gi joe piper is awesome. Always wanted it for my collection but the minimum he goes for on eBay is 400 bucks. I've also seen some graded and autographed versions priced at 700 to 800 dollars. Thanks for the advice

^^^^ I wish I could lol. I usually will buy one moc and one to open up if it's something I really like but those are for the basic and elite figures. There is no way I could afford two taker statues.
