Just got home from London.. Had to go to see an Aunt in the hospital. Went to a few Value Villages on the way, and then two Wal-Marts on the way back. From the Value Villages I picked up two books from 1985 called "Ringside Wrestling", PS2 Smackdown vs. Raw brand new, RA Chris Jericho figure and a TTL Kurt Angle figure.
Went to the White Oaks Wal-Mart in London and they only had two Dean Ambroses and a Ziggler. Picked up Ziggler and Ambrose. We then rushed to the Woodstock Wal-Mart and got there 5 minutes before closing. They had the whole set of B35. Got Daniel Bryan, Triple H and Kane from the set. Daniel Bryan was the only one in the system. The cashier just named the other ones "WWF Kane" and "WWF Triple H" lol

i dont' even look for figures around here anymore. i hardly bother with basics and the one tru we have sells out of the case or 2 of whichever elites they rarely get within hours. $24.99 plus tax plus gas plus wasted trips looking can't be justified. not to mention we have 13% sales tax here. I can get any elite i want online somewhere sent to my mailbox for that amount.

I'm in love told her I'm getting her a gift for Christmas and she said "tell me what kinds of action figures and comics you don't have" ? She is amazing! I told her I'll like whatever she gets me but when she said that I was surprised.

Went to another Wal-Mart today. Got the B35 Jinder Mahal. I figured that I might as well since they're on sale. It wasn't in the system either, so again they had to do it manually. The cashier entered in "WWFJinder". Again with the WWF lol. Got it for $9.97

Found a fresh case of Elite 24 at TRU today. Luckily, I found the only Trish in the box. Such a great looking figure.
Also, are we expecting any more Elite waves this year in Canada? I would love to be able to grab anything from E25 or E26.

I had their tag-team poster years and years ago, but ended up losing it somewhere. Still drives me crazy how I could've lost that one. I have B. Brian Blair's singles poster though. I am keeping my eyes peeled on eBay for either the tag-team poster or Brunzell's singles poster. If I see them at a decent price, I will buy them for sure and bring them with me.

^ nice... i love the posters...funny thing is, as a kid growing up getting LJNs (tho i was like 4 or 5 when the line finished), i never remember posters being included at all, and neither does my brother, and he was about 11 when the line ended.. weird.. maybe we never even opened ours and just ripped open the figure and played with it lol..i decided to collect the posters and i am close to a full set (sans the 89 re-releases).. only need Warrior and better condition Tito Strike Force and Hogan/Hillbilly Jim Tag for the full set..didnt spend too much on them, got some REALLY good deals on some rare ones on ebay..i remember i did buy it now's for $5 each for Bret and Neidhart singles, same with Rude and Andre 89...all from the same person...did spend some decent money on the other series 6 ones.. bought bossman, warlord, and haku with posters at $100 each... sold off the figures for like $85 each, so around $15 a poster, not terrible...
i definitely remember always playing with my LJNs from when i was 3 until i was like 10.. i never really even got many hasbros, kept playing with LJNs.. and i remember going to one guy's house down the street when i was like 8-10.. long after the series ended, and he had a wooden trunk full of them and i was always jealous of his obscure ones, like Harley Race, Hercules, Outback Jack, Billy Jack Hayes...
