New Marvel Select WS Captain America... I just fainted I didn't have my glasses on and just read that as "I just farted". Needless to say I was very confused until I put my glasses on. Really amazing figure though. I may start buying MS figures just for that. |

I can't say I'm terribly impressed with the GotG figures. Groot looks awesome, but I'm not impressed with the Star-Lord face. Looks nothing like Pratt if they're going for the movie look. I'm hoping for a swap with the helmet. Drax is fine, I like the comic version but I'm okay with the Batista version too. Rocket Raccoon looks decent but he looks timid and frightened. The comic BAF is much better.

I have to be honest with the exception of the DC bs Marvel crossover back in the 90's (?)I haven't read a marvel comic since the 70's so I have no clue to who the GotG are.

I'm a noob to legends but they had 2 different figs that have the same parts for the BAF. Sadly, thats what this series decided to do. It will do the same in Series 2 of Cap as well. Red Skull, Baron, Hydra and AIM soldiers all contain 2 of the same parts. What this does is requires you to purchase Series 2 if you want to finish the Mandroid BAF. Usually each series contains the parts necessary for the BAF to be completed. Cap decided to make it over 2 series. It sucks! On top of that WW 2 Cap comes with no BAF piece and Marvel Now Cap is the only one that comes with the Mandroid head. This actually works out, as I already own WW2 Cap from the previous Walmart exclusive series and didnt want to rebuy him. And Marvel Now Cap was a brand new figure that I did want. |

The 3.75 Infinite Series is going to be awesome and amazing. Wave 2 sounds phenomenal.
