I've scanned em before, and says "in stock" ask an employee to get them for me & I get the typical only what's out on the floor....I stopped asking, now if it says in stock I just check back in a day or 2

The lady who helped me out today at Target was very nice. It was the first time I had asked for help as I had always be hesitant before.

I scan or put in the dpci # (087 06 1160) all the time. We have scanners here put all it shows is the price. Nothing about stock levels Does your stores scanner have the the number keypad on the side? If not you can't see if they have more stock. At TRU I just ask one of two employees who always go above and beyond for me.

This method finally came thru for me last week. It finally said "yes" in stockroom and I had an awesome experience with an employee. They brought out all of E22.

If you press the last black button on the right of the scanners without keypads, it should bring up a touch pad to put in the dpci number at Target.

Never seen one like that. The Targets here have the scanner with the number stip keypad down the right side...or just a small red box that (no buttons) that just gives the price.
