I was with my four year old, picking up my wife from work next door. No I didnt scan this one like I usually do seeing as its a basic and I assumed it would be fine. Seriously the hate on this board is sickening. We all collect TOYS and the people on this board crapon everyone all the time over really dumb things. Thanks to the people who arent dicks on this thread.

Seriously, I examine figured while in package even if they're ordered from RSC or another online retailer before I open them.

Those marks are really weird, I wonder how they happened. they look like something that would happen to mine when i was a stupid kid and used markers to change wrestlers' attire.
But yeah, if you're not happy with it, there's no reason not to take it back. That's th whole reason stores have return policies.

Forgot I have to examine packages from million dollar companies before I open them when I am paying for something with my hard earned money... You should examine packages on everything you buy. Not just toys from Million dollar companies. Before you buy a loaf of bread, do you not check its softness? Before you buy milk, do you not check the expiration date? Before you buy a carton of eggs, do you not check them to make sure they're not cracked? Again, if you forgot to check then you forgot to check. It happens, but dont come on here bitching about a toy company making a mistake on something they make hundreds of thousands of when YOU were the one that forgot to check to see if anything was wrong with it. Especially since you just openly admitted that you DO check the figures before you buy them.

Here it is yet another Mattel paint screw up. I get it's not that bad but when you live half way across the world and pay 19.99 for a damn basic you expect a lot more.

Even Stevie Wonder would have seen those marks...

Those marks are strange, they almost look like they might have bled from the kneepads and discolored the plastic. I had that problem with another older figure I had bought. I got an Alex Riley from B17 several series after it had been released and it has a discolored spot under the armpit. I have no idea what could have caused that, but it's that dark green 'bruise' like color like on your figure. It's obviously a stain on that Punk, and that is a figure that's over half a year old. It's kind of like if you bought a figure packaged in it's clothes such as E3 Christian and opened it now, it would be covered. Maybe the package was pinching the kneepads and that caused stains. Anyone else shed some light?

Even Stevie Wonder would have seen those marks... ...If they hadn't been covered up in the package. Those knee sleeves aren't very tight on the smaller leg sculpt such as Punk's. I'm taking the same figure and shifting his pads up and down as far as they go, and it's very possible that they were all the way up and covering that spot in the package, and when he opened it they drooped down to reveal the stains.

I'd return it, too. Especially if the knee pads can't hide the marks. Almost looks like they bled into the plastic, you'll never get them out. Paint doesn't bleed into the plastic. A little acetone would have fixed this and he wouldn't have had to go to WM returning a toy because the paint wasn't good enough.

I had the same problem with a Brock Lesnar when his first basic figure came out. The black was rubbed in one spot to show the skin tone and the same thing happened on the back of his trunks in the red area showing the skin tone.
