I went through a box of some of my spare parts that I gathered off of R-3 figures previously made by Jakks that I keep to make Mattel fix-ups and customs, I noticed the hand and finger articulation on some of the R-3 figures such as Triple H and Jeff Hardy who happened to have white taped hands.
As I was messing with the hand articulation on the Jeff Hardy one, I realised some R-3 hands can throw the 'Bang! Bang!' sign.
Then it struck me like a bolt of lightning: What if I could switch these hands onto the new Mattel Cactus Jack exclusive?
So the reason I'm here is to ask if anyone has tried this yet?
If so, please inform me whether the hands are able to fit or not?
Thank you.

Unless you are planning to do a serious amount of alterations the r3 tech hands will not work on any Mattel figure.

They fit, I did it to give Basic 1 Bourne handtape way back in 2010.

I did it to my elite 3 Christian. The wrist and hand didn't quite line up, but I painted wrist tape on there and it disguised it enough for me. Check it: The peg on the end of the r3 hand is wider than the ones on mattel hands which is what caused the bulging out of the wrist. Maybe more could be done to prevent that, but I'm lazy when it comes to my fix ups.
