so could a basic ring fit inside the cabinet? Nope. I wish. It fits but then u can't close the door. They fit perfect on top of the cases. The 10 in spice racks fit inside the basic ring. The 15 in ones are a perfect fit for inside

I was looking at this display about a month ago. Glad to see folks are already using it for my intended purpose. I plan on take my shelves to another level though.

I've had mine since last August/September and have never had problems with dust getting inside. The case is easy to clean but I would press lightly since a good jolt will likely knock the figures over. I currently use this case for my comic figures collection- Super Powers/ Marvel Universe/ DC Imaginext and it was every bit worth it. I too found it to be unusually heavy and the length of the box does not make it easy to carry even a short distance.
