What's the deal with this figure? Why is it considered to be so rare and pricey? I own one of these MOC (*card is in great condition) and I'm looking to get rid of it - not really a big OSFTM fan. If anyone is interested, feel free to PM with an offer...and please be realistic.
Regardless, what's teh story behind the "rareness" of this figure?

probably because its the only figure made of him. i think. im pretty sure it is.

It's not his only figure, but it's the only one that looks like Sandman, instead of a tall, roided superhero, like the Toy Biz one.

really how much is it worth,,i have one MOC,,an would have no trouble selling it as i'm no fan of the sandman...
