Kevin Harvick is trying to overtake Tony Stewart as NASCAR's favorite ass hole. Yeah I didn't like how he ripped on Austin - who had nothing to do with Harvick just racing like a jerk. And Ty for that matter. How he can say they don't know how to race and they had everything handed to them is asinine. And they're why he's leaving RCR. He just lost a little respect from me.

I dont bother watching truck races but from what Ive read Ty Dillon wrecked Harvick. Harvick & Dillon bang off each other under caution, apparently Childress tells Dillon to do it. Harvick after the race throws Ty and apparently Austin under the bus calling them "rich kids that are getting handed everything and that's why he's leaving."
I see nothing wrong with what Harvick did nor anything he or Dillon said. Harvick saw the writing on the wall and knew grandpa wasnt going to give him the best equipment when his grandson(s) were going to be competing as well. Each team has a "chosen one" so to speak and Harvick was being pushed aside. Im sure he's had a lot of frustration built up and now that the season is almost over, he can start letting it out. Im sure if Newman & Stewart werent such good friends Newman would start throwing some jabs after the season as well. In fact, I almost bet that Newman will throw a jab at Gene Haas before the checkered flag at the Daytona 500 next year.

Eh it kinda looked like the 88 truck got into Ty and that sent him into Kevin. Ty had the lower line into one and Harvick threw a block. His soon to be boss shoulda told him what happens when you block.

I don't have issue with anyone Kevin Harvick said. However, I kinda have this rule about burning bridges.. while I'm still standing on them. Harvick's little post-race "promo" was nothing more than dropping the match and burning that bridge. Point being.. he's blasting the team (and owner) that he still works for in four more races.. not the smartest idea.

Ty is such a little ass. Nothing is ever his fault, it's always something the other guy did. Like Chase Elliott, that was 100% Ty's fault but don't tell him that. And Richard saying he's disappointed and HE HAS TOO MUCH CLASS TO SAY WHAT HE WANTS, bull****, telling someone to turn Kevin's ass upside down is totally a class comment. LOL anyone see the article on ESPN.com about National Guard reupping with Junior? In the facebook comments some old codger rants and raves about wasting tax payers money and fighting in Nam...wtf? That's why Newman lost Army as a sponsor, all it was a waste of money and all that, but honestly I see it was a form of recruitment. I'm sure there have been a few NASCAR fans join some branch of the military over another because they sponsored their favorite driver.

This is nothing new, all military branches have been sponsoring race drivers for over 20 years now. I remember Greg Sacks driving a car sponsored by the Navy DURING a war.

Watching Raceday, they do the "cut ins" from commercials so you can see the guys "casually talking"...its so stupid because you can tell they're really not just casually talking. They saying scripted lines to hype up the next segment they're going to air. At least when the NFL team does it on FOX its legit. Bradshaw dropped the F bomb on it haha

Pit Road speed limit at Martinsville is 45mph. Under caution speed limit is 35mph. Jimmie Johnson was about 5 spots behind Kenseth when he hit pit road. By the time he got to the start finish line he was 5 or more car lengths ahead of him. He made up that much time in that short of a distance without speeding in the pits?

*before Martinsville*
JJ: "Matt, this will be our battle. I look forward to my 6th title."
MK: "Not so fast, Jimmie. It'll be my 2nd if I have anything to say about it."
JJ: "May the best man win."
*after Martinsville*
JG: "Matthew, James. Boys. You've had your fun. Now it's time to go play while The Boss gets his 5th championship."

The title is Johnson/Kenseth to lose. Gordon can win the final three races, unless the 48 & 20 wreck early (which is highly unlikely with the remaining tracks) Gordon is going to be settled in at 3rd. Honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if Kyle passes Gordon in the standings before the season is over.

He clearly gets the best equipment from RCR while Brendan gets the leftovers and scraps. Brendan is ten times the driver!

I'm so sick of the Cup guys ruining the Nationwide series. It would be so much more fun to watch if Nascar would stop it. I really hope Austin Dillon wins the championship this year, without winning a race. I agree. I understand why they do it (mainly to sell tickets) but its just silly to see what is suppose to be "the best drivers in the world" race in what is pretty much a developmental series.

That is so ridiculous to me. And of the 5 not won by Sprint Cup regulars, only one has been taken by a driver with no Sprint Cup experience, which would be when Ryan Blaney won.

It's always easy to solve problems on the sidelines as a viewer.. ten times harder when people's jobs are on the line. The NNS series could always look like the IndyLights series.. with about ten cars and few of them with sponsors.
