I'm hoping it hits stores soon. If this line is successful maybe they'll do more batman lines. I would kill for an 89 batman fig and batmobile in this scale.

Just got my set! A few lil' things to nitpick about... One thing is that the capes are held to the plastic bubble backing by plastic tags (they have an official name, but I don't remember what they're called at the moment), which leaves a hole in said capes when they're removed by the package. The joints everywhere have extra-skinny pegs, which is kind of worry. Fortunately, all of the joints are moving well, so I've avoided a mishap this time around. The set comes with no actual rope, unless you count the twisted cardboard used in the packaging. I'm not quite sure how to pop the windows open, but they aren't budging with the minimal force I've applied to them. The good is...everything else! The capes have bendy wires on either side, so they do indeed look as they did in the TV show when pegged into the side of the building. I'm not entirely sure how these will work out with the Batmobile, but I guess time will tell. The likeness on both is pretty darn good, though the eyes may be offset a little (or I'm in poor lighting). The outfits are spot-on, with Robin's legs appearing a shade darker to replicate the nylons he sported.  As an unseen bonus, Bats is clinging to a Batarang! I think everyone who ordered this set will be really happy when you pull 'em from the package (which is quite spiffy in of itself, by the way)! Now to find a pair of scissors so I can snip the comically-large tags off of their capes... |

Ahh I see they have the same capes that the super man sdcc exclusive with zod has. I can't wait for pics either..the extra skinny pegs worry me though. I don't pose my figures in weird stances and what not.. but I like to play around with them and check all their poa to make sure they are clean and move great.

I'm not to worried about the pins...seeing the DCU females and WWE divas have very small thin pins and I've not had trouble with them.

 So...this is the best I could do before my cats decided they wanted to jump up and knock 'em all over. For whatever reason, when I take pictures of the custom of myself, the camera will NOT focus, no idea why. I was hoping to stand my Golden Age Bats and DCUC Robin in the middle with their hands clasped, but they've managed to disappear.  |
